Interesting how my review from a couple years back "disappeared" off Google for no legitimate reason (when they are supposed to be permanent). So, here I am rewriting it to warn my fellow Vancouver-based, contact wearing neighbors. If you are a basic, no-frills person looking for an optical exam and just want to get contacts without lots of added fees, this is NOT the place for you. Yes - everyone here is skilled and nice. But you pay for it with excess fees including a surprise and extravagant contact fitting fee (double the cost usually seen). I ended getting my prescription and leaving and getting my contact lenses online myself because the contacts through them were going to be quite expensive. If cost is not an option, by no means come here, but I had sticker shock and will never come here again (and have found a new eye care provider). I get it that it is an independent business (and they have to pay for their practice) but I learned *after* the exam how expensive it is here. So please ask for basic costs ahead and compare - before you assume that prices will be in the ballpark or "reasonable". They are not. Thanks for reading : )

Great experience! I was in a hurry and they were extremely accommodating. Everyone was very friendly. They also explained very well how my coverage worked and ended up getting me 1 free year of contacts from it! Amazing! I would highly recommend.

What a great experience we had from the first phone call to picking up new glasses. We were able to make appointments within a couple of days. The care taken of us in the office was incredible.... even if one of my favorite parts was the massage chair. From the front desk to the assistant to the dentist to the optometrist excellent service. And I love the new glasses and their price. Thank you!!!

This was truly one of the best experiences I’ve had in an eye care center. Not only is it the cleanest, most elegant eye center, but the customer service is amazing too. I had extreme confidence in the doctor and the technicians helping. There was no sales pushing for certain frames or anything of the sort. They simply are super great in there and have amazing customer service. They have earned a dedicated customer! Thank you Precision Eye Care!

We are so happy with Precision Eye Care - we just moved here from Seattle and were blown away by how inclusive, friendly and accommodating they were for us. We are so excited to have hit the jackpot with the first eye care place we tried and are also deeply appreciative that they are still requiring masking since it is the law and a medical office. Also so many fun styles of frames and they had so much patience while we waffled back and forth on deciding!!
