I had my first prenatal massage with Karen yesterday. I was thoroughly impressed from the very beginning. In the past I have had basic massages, but this was a wonderfully unique experience. She explained every step of her process and checked in regularly. At the beginning of the session she had me stand, and without even touching me, Karen could tell that my sciatic nerve pain was on my right side, and that I carry my toddler primarily on my left side. Her understanding of the muscular system and how it works together was something I have never experienced before. If you are pregnant and considering a prenatal massage I can't recommend Karen more!

The massage I received was more than outstanding. From the time I stepped into the clinical space, until I left, I was treated with care, respect and dignity. Karen focused on the clinical needs I shared, but also found spots during that needed further work. The massage and aromatherapy experience was like no other. The table was perfectly warmed, relaxing music, and healing touch. I came in with severe back pain and left like a million bucks. She is by far THE BEST practitioner I have ever had the pleasure to see for my massage needs. If work between Oregon and Washington and schedule with her as my travel allows. If her practice was closer to my home I would see her at least Bi-Monthly. She takes in the whole picture of who you are and what you need and develops a care plan to ensure your needs are met. Definitely worth every penny and more. I leave my sessions feeling relaxed, healed, and with more energy. Thank you Karen, you are a true Gem of a Massage Therapist.

I have seen Karen for a few massages to date to address pelvic floors concerns. I have received massages for a long time from various therapists and Karen is one of the absolute best. She creates an amazingly safe and nurturing environment and provides education as needed to help empower you outside those sessions. She is always checking in to see how she can meet your needs in every session with things like essentials oils, heat, pressure, and supplements. She is incredibly kind and compassionate and I would highly recommend her.

Karen worked on my abdominal area as I had a splenectomy last year and have scar tissue. She was very professional, informative, friendly and above all welcoming. I walked out of my appointment feeling relaxed and my abdomen felt great! I’ll definitely be back for another session

I have been to Karen twice now and both times I have left feeling amazing! Karen identified and worked the muscles I didn't even realized were so tense. My menstrual cramps were so bad and after just 1 session they we almost non existent. She also taught me some stretches and self massages I could do at home, she truly is amazing! Thank you Karen!
