When my insurance changed, I had to change Therapist and found Refresh therapy (they take United healthcare). It has been a great experience from the first phone call. I did some paperwork and had a phone meeting to discuss my needs and they matched me up with a counselor. The match has been amazing and honestly the best therapist I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this group to friends who also utilize counseling and therapy services because of how they work with you one on one to find the best fit. Also a bonus as I’ve never ever had any issues with paperwork, insurance or billing, which is a huge win!

My therapy experience with Karen V. has been fantastic. I look forward to seeing her every week. She is smart, understanding, thinks outside of the box….the best therapist I have ever had. There has always been a little trouble with the Admin side of things, long wait times to get a response when trying to get scheduled for the first time, ect. but outside of that I would still 100% recommend.

I’ve been going to the same therapist at refresh therapy for three years know an it the best experience I’ve ever had with therapist. I love her so much because she not only helps work through things in my life but she also is just one of my fav people to talk to and I’m always excited to tell her about new thing that are happening in my life!

I LOOVVEEEE MY THERAPIST!!! I HATTTEEEE the refresh owners!! They are very rude to their employees from what i’ve seen and heard. They can’t answer the phones for the life of them and the pricing for a cancelled appointment is over $100 and goes up after each cancellation! Things got so bad for me that I just got my therapists number and now talk to her directly for EVERYTHING!! I schedule my appointments over text, cancel them, reschedule and everything through her! The people keeping the business going are the amazing therapists that they’ve hired, if it wasn’t for them, this business would’ve been gone forever ago. For someone who’s making them so much money, they do not care about them or their feelings. This is why, since my therapist is moving to a different company, i’m following HER and leaving refresh. Do not waste your time with this company who can’t even treat their own employees right.

Refresh has held space for my healing over the past five years. Quite honestly, I thought I’d never be able to finish therapy—but here I am. Much of that journey was with Bryanna, whose steady presence, depth, and genuine care helped me face things I never thought I could. She challenged me, believed in me, and always showed up with purpose. Later, I worked with Shelley, whose warmth and insight created an immediate sense of connection. We dove quickly into meaningful work, and her presence brought a clarity and depth that moved my healing forward in powerful ways. My husband and two of our kids have also worked with therapists at Refresh, including marriage counseling, and we’ve all felt supported and truly seen. Refresh holds a special place in my heart. It’s more than a therapy office—it’s where healing happened for our family.
