List of Sea Mar Vancouver Medical Clinic - East Vancouver's Reviews
Seamar is absolutely one of the worst health care providers in the area. Its like going to a 3rd world clinic. They do not care about you as a client and are booked out for month at a time.Worthless
Excellent staff. Liked my primary doctor.
Helpful doctors and staff who care about their patients.
They missed my intake appointment and when I called I got told it was my fault they didnt call during my appointment time. Absolute joke dealing with patients. Frustrating when they make it so hard for people trying to get help.
I made an appointment with this office over a month ago for a new patient. The day before the new patient appointment they called and canceled my appointment. After canceled my appointment they advised me I would now have to wait until almost the middle of June for my appointment.
I wish I could do a 0 stars review, I walk into the clinic a month ago just to be told I needed a appointment for "new patients "....and that I needed to call an scheduled over the phone Called and I was given an appointment ...in a month, today is the day of the appointment and they just called me 15 minutes before to tell me that I can't be seeing today because of the provider is not in today...didn't even let fill up paperwork for a new patient or try to see if someone else could see me...next appointment was for another month...I been having problems with my blood pressure... but I guess that is not important you can just die whocares?
I met with Doctor Bjorn Jacobson twice for my extreme case of hip dysplasia. Unfortunately, after months of waiting to see him, he would only spend minutes with me each time. I begged for him to help with pain management and he said he "doesn't want to change my beautiful personality" little does he understand that the pain I'm in makes me want to kill myself. I'm constantly in so much pain my quality of life has dropped drastically. I can't sleep, sit, walk, or anything at all without being in excruciating pain. He gave me basically ibuprofen and some flexiril and told me that is all he is willing to do for me. It broke my heart that he is not willing to help me. I don't know what else to do, I've been turned down for surgery by 3 surgeons because my case is so unique. I'm close to just ending it. I wish someone cared.
Normally, I don't like to leave negative reviews but I am writing this because their admin is horrible. First, I responded PM with my contact information, but no response. Second, my daughter and I got flu shots and I got Covid shot because I was told "no cost" at the front desk (we have valid insurance) and also I called and checked, But they keep sending me the bill. I hate to call them because their admin is always frustrated and angry. Stay away from them!
I've been waiting over an hour for my Covid shot... what's the point of appointment? Making an appointment was easy though.
I’ve never had any issues here. Have been seen by Tyler Peake 3 years now. He’s always attentive. If I have a problem, he’s gonna offer a solution whether it be prescription referral ect. My last visit, I was offered a flu shot, but I’m assuming the nurse forgot to administer it. That would be my only complaint. Even wait times are tolerable.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
