What a horrible experience at this place. Just grateful I wasn't sick and seeking service. Made an appt for vaccine. Get there on time but takes the front desk individual 15 min to get my paperwork into the computer. She asked me to wait in the waiting area while she tries to complete it. Calls me up at 4:54pm to tell me that I wasn't registered into the system until 4:45pm so the nurse can't give me the vaccine now since it's late and they need to go home. What was the point of my appointment time? What customer service is that? In the meantime, another person was sitting there when I got to the clinic, but by 5pm was being told they won't be able to see him today. The lady who works there said to him that they are tired and need to go home so he can come back tomorrow and sit and wait to see if he can be seen. No guarantee. What type of place is this? Why be open to people to come in if you can't provide service. Waste of time and incredibly disrespectful of other peoples time. I hope I never have to seek service from this place. People are simply rude and have zero customer service skills.

Every time I call to schedule appointments it's months out and then they wonder why I never come see my doctor bcuz it's easier to go to Legacy urgent care for my problems. Also doctor is always running behind. Overall not happy with service.

It took awhile for me to get an appointment here. It was a month and a half out. The nurses are very helpful. The wait time to see your doctor is long. They don't have wifi or anywhere for you to charge your phone. It's not a very pleasant experience seeing a doctor here. The waiting room is dull and nothing to keep you entertained while you wait forever. They do take state insurance.

The customer service at this clinic is absolutely terrible. Appointments are months out. If you run a few minutes last past your appointment time don't bother coming in because they won't take you. You'll be stuck having to reschedule a few months out or have to wait around for a no show to be seen. My first time here I was late because they had no available parking spots in their lot. I finally had to go to the Kaiser office next door and risk getting my car towed because after 10mins I could not find an available spot. When I checked in for my appointment I explained why I was late. The staff knew about the parking issue and failed to inform me so I could arrive extra early. I was marked as a no show. My only option was to wait 2 more months to be seen. I had already waited over a month to be seen for my first visit. I asked to speak with an office manager. She rescheduled me but for the next day.

The nurses are friendly, professional and happy, but it doesn’t make up for the extremely SLOW care and results. Waited for almost an hour before I finally saw my Doctor, just to be told we couldn’t discuss everything I needed to due to “running out of time” (my Doctor’s own words). Referrals never contact you, and appointment dates are booked so far out. Overall, it’s a poor excuse for a Medical Center.

This place is a joke. 2nd time here. All foreigners. Sat in room over an hour before being seen.1st visit. So far 45 minutes this time. Housekeeping must be on permanent vacation. DIRTY! Had to park at Albersons down the street. Daylight savings was a week ago and clock's are still an hour behind. Very incompetent people.

Great doctors and nurses But front desk are very rude, grumpy not friendly at all.

The front desk staff usually look bored and grumpy. The MAs who cleaned my ears were rough and put me in pain. Most of the staff other than the doctors have mostly been rude and unpleasant generally and do not look happy to be there. Though my doctor was a kind woman, she barely addressed my concerns when I used to get seen there. It’s very hard to get ahold of the office. I usually had to schedule about a month out and I pretty much always had an appointment scheduled because I didn’t get taken care of well at all and they just didn’t listen to me thoroughly and didn’t let me ask all my questions. I’m so glad I found a better place. Where people aren’t rude, rough, and neglectful.
