I had a wonderful experience at Vancouver Clinic in Camas, WA. There was minimal wait time when I checked in. Nurse Skyler Alexander Stone FNP and the Medical Assistant Melissa Tyler were very friendly and helpful. Nurse Skyler Alexander Stone really took his time to explain my condition as well as my treatment options. All of the employees entire demeanor had really put me at ease. I highly recommend this clinic.I had a wonderful experience at Vancouver Clinic in Camas, WA. There was minimal wait time when I checked in. The staff here are a disrespectful and not kind. Nobody was in the waiting room for urgent care but there's a 2-4 hour wait while they take clinic appointments. After asking about why the wait was so long, they told me it was because there is only 1 provider. Why have urgent care and a clinic in one with only 1 provider serving the urgent care and clinic appointments.Next, if you're covid positive and looking for any relief for symptoms, don't go here. They'll say you're not vaccinated and, "we can't do anything for you" but you should definately consider getting vaccinated they said. They also bill your insurance for outrageous fees for 10-minute services walk-in urgent care service that you could have found the same advice for on WebMD.I had a similar experience last year at Tech Center's Vancouver Clinic. Probably the worst Vancouver clinic. Make an appointment for urgent care, and still have to wait an hour to see someone.
This where I see my doctor. Nice new space, with great service. I like the smaller clinic vibe.
I recently saw Dr. Benidge for an eye exam. He was great. He had to give me some news that no one wants to hear and he did so with kindness. His assistant was very professional. The front desk was busy and clearly doing their best. I won't hesitate to to return to the Vancouver Clinic/Camas.
Love Vancouver Clinic as a total, but the Camas location needs to get it together! They seem slightly unprofessional and disorganized. Sat waiting at their urgent care for almost an hour while multiple people who checked in after us proceeded to go in ahead of us. I came to find out they were being seen for a completely different department. When I asked what was going on the receptionist said she checked us in incorrectly. Then when they finally got us back it took the doctor another ungodly amount of time to even come into our room. Let me remind you, I've never been here when this place is busy, probably one of the least busy of VC. Disappointed at their customer service and will only be going to the Salmon Creek location. We've been here several times since it opened, and everyone has been professional, courteous, and seen to our healthcare with diligence.
Dr. Adam is the most unprofessional physician I have ever been seen by. He was extremely rude and abrasive when I did not agree with his treatment, and stormed out of the room. He mocked me, and when another staff member entered the room to finish the appointment they stated that it is known around the office that he is this way, that I shouldn’t take it personally. That’s pretty darn sad, I will not be going to any Vancouver clinic location after my experience with him.Dr. Adam is the most unprofessional physician I have ever been seen by. Regardless of what your insurance covers (an annual exam, for example), if you are a new patient, VANCOUVER CLINIC will code your visit so that your insurance will not cover it. Phone calls from you or your insurance company will NOT change their GREEDY little minds.
Use some common sense. Don't ask the patient to arrive at 9:45am (15 minutes before their scheduled appointment) and stick them in a room for over an hour without anyone bothering to provide an update as to when the doctor will be available. It is obvious they do not consider me the customer, that would be my insurance company. Absolutely ridiculous. Good thing they already checked my blood pressure.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
