List of The Vancouver Clinic's Reviews
Update 06.06.22. Got a notice today that the Vancouver Clinic sent me to collections despite regular and significant payments and a nearly perfect credit score. This is very sad. They overcharge, won’t disclose fees and take covered services and bill them to you under the auspices of a non covered services then stab you in the back while you are paying it off.SCREW YOU VANCOUVER CLINIC!!The staff are great and mostly friendly. At times I feel like a number but I assume they are under a lot of pressure. The one star comes from the deceitful billing practices and privacy concerns. I have a procedure done that I am told is covered by insurance. Then I get a bill saying only part of it is covered since the doctor did something outside the scope of the routine. Afterwards I am told the doctor wants to review results via video conference. Thinking this was tied to the procedure I consented. My results were discussed for about 10 min. I received a 400 dollar bill. When asked I was told it is not covered by insurance and it is billed the same as an office visit. I am beyond frustrated with this place. Services are good, doctors are good. Business practices are terrible. Reminds me of Red Rock Medical in the TV drama "The Resident" where it is all about making more money and doing it underhandedly.Beware of any consults or recommended services (or even ones purported to be needed). Ask lots of questions. So disappointed that was started as a great experience turned sour so quickly.I have concerns over privacy practices. Several times I have received a call from someone there asking me to verify my birthdate and other personal information. This is NOT OKAY! One of the key tactics used by scammers is to get a little basic information, pretend to be someone like a bank or doctor and get you to divulge additional personal information that can be used to build your profile and hijack your identity. I have expressed concern to them about this and they blow it off. Some are also perturbed that I won't give it to them over the phone. With the amount of personal information they hokd about me I would expect them to implement mechanisms to safeguard it and help me feel secure about how they use it. I have told them I can call back on their published number and we can go from there.Update 06.06.22. From the very beginning with the scheduling of my appointment to the visit with the physician my experience was bad.
I see Dr. Saini in Family Medicine and I have nothing but amazing things to say. I always feel heard! My entire life I have avoided doctors and I’m very shy when it comes to talking about my concerns but with her I feel so comfortable. I feel heard and she always finds ways to help me! She’s very attentive and knowledgeable! I don’t feel like I constantly need to be advocating for myself, she just really listens the first time! My husband just called the scheduler in order to make an appointment to see a dermatologist regarding some concerning skins lesions. The scheduler told him that initial dermatology appointment are booked out to mid-February 2023. So, I guess if a person is concerned about skin cancer, they just wait? The scheduler didn't offer any suggestions, alternatives, nothing! After my husband said that was way too far in the future, she just said, "Okay then, goodbye." 9 month wait with no alternative! This is not providing healthcare.
I've been with them for years. I've remained with them because the dermatologist I had was amazing. He is now gone. Scheduling has always been a pain with long waits on the phone. I recently was able to rescheduled an appointment for an earlier date due to foot pain. I confirmed the location with the person scheduling me on their end and they confirmed the Salmon Creek location. Turns out it was the incorrect location. I am now not able to see anyone for over five weeks out. I also never received a confirmation text, so I was flying blind. With enough distance between the two locations they informed me that I would not be able to make the appointment and that they would not be able to try and squeeze me in. I understand the position they are in, but this has happened way too many times for me to even count. With the cost of gas and the wait time between appointments (also the fact I have to take time off from work for each appointment), I can't afford to keep having mistakes like this made.I've been with them for years. From the very beginning my experience with the Vancouver clinic was bad. From the time I made my appointment and the incorrect information they gave me to the visit with the doctor. I will never go to another Vancouver Clinic.
I had a very bad experience April 7th. I am a first time moms and this was the first ultrasound visit I had. The lady that did my ultrasound was so sweet and nice. But Dr. Colman of fetal meds came to talk to we and my boyfriend about everything and he had asked me "what made me decide to ruin my life?" Not once but twice. I was in shock and then he rushed us out. It was uniformal and offensive and I will never see him again. He looked like he didn't even want to be there. I don't think he should be working with new moms or kidsI had a very bad experience April 7th. I am a first time moms and this was the first ultrasound visit I had. Stay away! I like my providers but it’s not worth how messed up the back office is.If you have state insurance you have to be seen every 3 months to remain a patient with them. They didn’t tell me this and I found out when I attempted to get care for a broken bone at urgent care. I had to get care somewhere else. I’m currently having heart issues that they won’t even make an appointment for until April 1st. Because of arbitrary rules. Not Molina, who they keep trying to throw under the bus.The Vancouver Clinic is trash and doesn’t care about patient health at all!Stay away! Regardless of what your insurance covers (an annual exam, for example), if you are a new patient, VANCOUVER CLINIC will code your visit so that your insurance will not cover it. Phone calls from you or your insurance company will NOT change their GREEDY little minds.
We go to them for asthma medicine. Unfortunately, they are unable to actually get it filled in time. Even if we hound them and repeatedly call nothing happens.Don't go if you care about your health.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
