List of The Vancouver Clinic's Reviews
If there are mistakes made at the business office, good luck. These people are argumentative and not helpful in the least. My bank sent payment from my account, but it was apparently never received by the Vancouver Clinic. Well, someone has the money, and it is not me. They refuse to even follow up on it, check into it. They are completely unreasonable. Unbelievable behavior.
I’m extremely disappointed in the medical discrimination someone close to me faced today at your clinic. This discrimination was done at the hands of the cardiologist supervisor at the 87th clinic . I’m all about keeping people safe, but that includes those with medical mask exemptions as well. Per the Vancouver Clinic’s own policy, face shields can be worn for those medically unable to wear face masks. This person has successfully visited the clinic on multiple occasions prior to their heart surgery. They went above and beyond clarifying the use of the face shield would be accepted prior to surgery. Now that the heart surgery is completed it is extremely important this person have the follow up appointment and be cleared for cardio rehabilitation. Today they were told by this supervisor it was mandatory to wear a face mask to have service. This individual ignored the Vancouver Clinic’s own policy and forced the person close to miss the appointment. This needs to be remedied immediately.
If I could give this Urgent Care and the one on 87th ZERO STARS I WOULD. The DR.'S here don't care how much Pain you're in and just brush you off. They also don't listen to you. They stay in the room for 5 minutes and do a "Quick" exam and tell you that your fine then send you on your way. I am still in SEVERE PAIN because they won't help me and I can't go to the ER because they don't help me either. This place is a joke and the Dr.'s here don't care or listen. The people are then going to claim that they're sorry, ask for more information and don't do anything about it. I am crying and LIVID. DO NOT GO HERE!If I could give this Urgent Care and the one on 87th ZERO STARS I WOULD. The DR.'S here don't care how much Pain you're in and just brush you off. They also don't listen to you. They stay in the room for 5 minutes and do a "Quick" exam and …More
I'm writing this review for the billing department. They are so discombobulated. Terrible communication. But the biggest negative is that they do not accept CARE CREDIT. This is a credit card specifically for healthcare related expenses and they do not accept it. Just unbelievable.
I have been a patient here for a year now and I never had a bad experience until recently. I went into the Vancouver Clinic to talk about my bad period cramp and they charged me $200 for a VIDEO VISIT (note, insurance covered a partial amount.) That is one of the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of. When calling customer support several times, they are quick to answer my questions, though they always quick push me to call my insurance. It's always a goose chase with this clinic and I have always felt like I have to go through several hoops just to get a straight answer. The mental stress just dealing with my current claim is so painful and I never want to come back again. Would not recommend.
Care was great and prompt. Scheduling was great. The billing department were rude, unprofessional and inept. They wanted to bill me 3k for something, but could not give me a detailed list of what I was being billed for, yet wanted me to call my insurance provider and talk to them about it. I asked to have a supervisor call me for several weeks without a return call. They could have handled this, but are making me do their job calling my insurance provider and are treating me like I am the problem. They hae ZERO customer service skills and are in dire need of CS and billing training on how to do their jobs and not pass the buck to the client. This made me not want to get any futher services from them. We have excellent insurance, they just don't want to do their job and make a phone call. They make this way harder than it needs to be. Do not follow FCRA practices. Pretty pathetic. These people hate working.
My doctor and nurses have been great but their billing department has zero customer service skills and trying to even get someone to respond to billing questions is a nightmare.
This clinic is just a patient mill that will push you through as fast as possible to bill your insurance. I was misdiagnosed multiple times which got me chronically ill.
I'd not give one star even. It's very dehumanizing with every doctor there. I'm a file and an invoice and they don't allow me to ask questions after diagnostic and tests are run. Plus they have no clue what's wrong with me. I have conditions and full diagnoses elsewhere and test done else where but they don't except anything from outside sources. They want to rerun everything While focusing on their computer reminders and not me.They have a list of things they call, text message, and email me. I went to MyChart and took down some of the ways to contact me and they still call me even though I'm deaf. They leave full messages that I can't hear. They won't speak to me in the MyChar. I'm supposed to call them, but I'm deaf. They want me to do Pap smear right after a normal one and I'm overdue. the same with vaccine ive had them and they turn around and state that I'm overdue. They refused to acknowledge that I'm deaf. Then reminders for multiple exams with a PCP, which makes zero sense. I've had them already. I didn't ask for an exam but they need the revenue so I'm overdue for exams. I hate this place and the lack of compassion that I'm a human and not a chart with a missing history that could be a revenue source.
We have been going to Vancouver clinic for year. This is the first time ever that I was told by their billing person that the patients are respinsible to check with every part of the services are covered by the insurance. If this is the case, they should never told us the procedure was covered by the insurance. They should have said to check with anesthetic service would be provided by such and we needed to check with them before booking an appointment. What a crazy story.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
