List of The Vancouver Clinic's Reviews
Absolutely the worst healthcare provider in the history of medicine. I recently injured my shoulder, and they have led me on a run-around just to get in their physical therapy, only for the appointment to be cancelled and rescheduled (by them) twice in one week. I finally get an appointment, and they won't take me for being 5 minutes late. This company exists solely to take your money, they don't care about the patient at all.Absolutely the worst healthcare provider in the history of medicine. I requested a refill on my prescription through their online service MyChart. I wrote in the comments that I was out and needed it immediately. 3 hours later just to make sure I called in to make sure they knew this was a urgent need of mine. I get Veronica to answer she did not listen to what I was actually saying, after she saw that I have already made a request she simply did not want to do anything else for me. This is her job and instead of helping me she decided to help herself.I called about 30 minutes ago from this review and got a breath of fresh air named Angela. She asked me pertinent questions, realized my need and made sure to get me a time frame when I should expect a call to get my medicine. She also could tell that Veronica had not done anything to further get my medicine taken care of, and nothing had been done since I put in my request. Thank you Angela for being a caring human being interested in helping patients and doing the job she is paid for to the best of her ability.
My husband made an appt for Vancouver clinic with doctor Kahn his appt was at 825 this morning so when he gets there he's told they don't take his Humana insurance they never called him to tell him that nor did they call and tell him email him so he wasted his gas and time to find out even though the Humana agent said Dr Kahn was taking new patients the doctors secretary said that he had the wrong kind of Humana isn't that discrimination it's bullpucky I say so if your over 65on medicare and have Humana they will make your appt when you get there the Dr won't see you and will say they don't take that type of Humana it's discriminatory and I'm upset for my husband.
I'm very sick. I saw a woman doctor and told her I don't do online "MyChart". She didn't listen. I had numerous tests done. I want to know the results. When I call I'm hung up on before they even answer. I don't know what this place is, but it's not a caring medical facility. I'm sure they'll get what they can from my insurance, but I can't even get my test results or any treatment. I was given no medicine. It was a total waste of time. I'm still very sick.I'm very sick. Milking money out of patients while not improving health outcomes.
They actually have a minimum for a payment plan and of $200. That is the most absurd thing I've ever heard. There should never be a minimum amount due to start a payment plan. That is not good customer service.
Worst clinic I’ve been too. I should have done my research before hand. I have established new care care here and my pcp cannot give me any answers. The ladies working seem helpful but they have been keeping me in limbo with SLOW back n forth communication and nothing gets resolve. It’s been months and I can’t get a straight answer to anything. I do not advise anyone to establish new care here.Worst clinic I’ve been too. I should have done my research before hand. I have established new care care here and my pcp cannot give me any answers. The staff was amazing during my husband's procedure, so many kudos to them. HOWEVER, the girl/woman who was on the other end of the phone when I called about a bill in their billing department was HORRIBLE! She was condescending, kept interrupting me and basically told me the insurance (that referred us to them for the procedure) was just trying to not cover our service (which is a covered service, to which Kaiser had asked that they check their codes and resubmit) and I should "get them on the line so we could have a three way conversation to help you and your insurance figure this out". She was AWFUL and should not be answering phones or "helping" anyone. She needs to be completely retrained. The staff was amazing during my husband's procedure, so many kudos to them. Absolutely love Vancouver clinic. Everything you could ask for.
This is what I want people to know about The Vancouver Clinic. This morning, at 7am, my 72 year old mother walked into the Camas location. She's a medicare patient and they wouldn't see her (in Urgent Care) because she "wasn't an established patient." She was the only patient in the facility with medical staff standing around and nobody would help. Additionally, she was an established patient 2 years ago with a specialty provider. What I want you to know about this establishment is:1- they only care about money. I know people make similar complaints about clinicians and sometimes it's true and other times it's not. However, having been in the medical profession for 25 years myself, I can tell you with enthusiasm that this place literally only cares about money.2 -they value mind numbing processes over patient care3- they make patients stand at the front desk next to other patients while reviewing, out loud, their medical history (PHI). It is impossible for other patients to not hear about someone else's private medical information while checking themselves in. Not to mention, it takes FOREVER to complete the task which is why a line forms that extends out to the parking area. Yes, sometimes, people are literally standing outside waiting to check in.4- they give patients access to their own labs and other test results but the patient has to follow-up with the clinician to understand their results. I had one lab value that was 2 times upper limit normal and I heard nothing from them until I reached out to discuss the situation. In the end, I am no longer a patient of The Vancouver Clinic and I keep meeting people who feel the same way about this group. They are a real estate company, not a healthcare company.UsefulFunnyCool

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
