Thank you Dr Au for running additional tests on my Mother to find that a respiratory virus was causing her illness, instead of just a worsening of her COPD, like we kept being told by other physicians. We feel we were let down by everyone we had previously seen. If it wasnt for him running those tests we may have lost her, as we almost did. Thank you Dr Au!

Dr Au failed to diagnose a life threatening disease. My care was delayed for several years as the condition worsened and became more grave. I only got an MRI to confirm my diagnosis when I scheduled an appointment with a specialist
