Best Dentist ever! He’s gentle,impeccable at dentistry! His staff is amazing,friendly,and very thorough!

I've had several appointments with them that have gone fine, but in the last 3 months, their scheduling has been really out of whack. I was scheduled in February for an important pareo-maintenance they said not to go any longer than 3 months between and when I called earlier in the same day, they failed to let me know that they only had a dental hygienist on Fridays and had cancelled my appointment without telling me. My appointment was rescheduled another month out. I had that appointment last Friday (it's now Monday) and on the day before my appointment, I let them know I had a cavity I needed taken care of. They scheduled me an appointment to take care of it for today. On Friday, at my last appointment, they took another look at the cavity and said they could definitely take care of it on Monday (today). Well, I went to my appointment today only to have the assistant poke around at my tooth for about 30 seconds before rescheduling me AGAIN 3 weeks out. I don't know what the purpose of me taking off time from work was if that's all she was going to do. I feel like I was brushed aside.Normally, the staff is great and I feel like Dr. Gantz is a wonderful dentist. I'm just not that impressed with some of their practices as of late.I suppose what really irks me is that if you miss two appointments (without canceling 48 hours in advance) they won't see you anymore. But I've now been blown off for one appointment and brushed aside at another. That's not okay. Hopefully this is only a temporary thing, because this really is a good dental clinic otherwise.

Dr Gantz has been my dentist for many years now, I moved an hour away from Walla Walla but I’m still willing to make the drive just to keep him as my dentist! Highly recommend

Dr. Gantz, and his team were great! They got me scheduled and in for my initial exam within a week of first contacting them. They also got my first cleaning scheduled for the day following the exam, which was great!I've had an issue in the past where another dental office that I went to in town, felt more like they were trying to shake me down for as much money as possible by requiring me to get (what turned out to be) unnecessary and expensive treatments. After my initial visit to Enhanced Dental, I felt very confident that Dr. Gantz had my best interests in mind and I cannot think of a single negative thing about either of my visits to the office.I would most definitely recommend Dr. Gantz to anyone looking for a quality dentist in Walla Walla.

My first visit initial X-Ray exam was friendly and a great experience.. Then I went in for a temporary filling and after about 4 to 6 shots of the novocaine into my bottom back jaw lining, they insisted i wasn't numb enough because at the start of the procedure I answered I can only feel the pressure, NOT pain.. a few more shot of Novocaine & then never tried again.. Sent me home and a referral to Spokane.. When I got home I was purely NUMB for about 8 hours.. And without having done any work, I'm still SORE in my jaw and in fact in MORE pain than when I initially went in.. My Gums and surrounding cheeks are red and sore from the aggressiveness when giving me the Novocaine.. Definitely my worst experience! I will never return, or reccomend to anybody I know.That day they were in a hurry type feeling, jumping from one client to another.. giving no time at that moment to allow the Novocaine to actually kick in.. and insisted I just go to a clinic in Spokane..

I had an appointment set up a month out. The day before my appointment, they called to cancel the appointment. When I rescheduled, they had to put me out another month. Today was that day, and I showed up to the office about 7 minutes late due to a cranky 2 yr old. They told me that they wouldn't be able to see me. When I acted upset about it, she went back and talked to the dental assistant and then said that they would do half of the work today and reschedule me for the other half. When I got back, the dental assistant said that it was too late for her to use any of the "gas" on me because I was then 11 minutes late. I decided to leave and then they told me it's because they only have one dental assistant for the next two weeks and there are patients more in need than I am. Dr. Gantz and the previous dental assistants have always been very nice. I don't know what happened, but I am not going back anymore.

Dr. Gantz and his staff are amazing! Great care and always a great experience. I recommend them to anyone looking for a great dentist office. They're also great with our kids and they love it!!

Recently got my wisdom teeth removed and feel great!! I have also gotten a root canal and a tooth pulled and am very happy with how they treated me and the work they did on my mouth was amazing! I suggest you schedule an appointment tomorrow if you are in need of a dentist.
