This is your basic nightmare. I’m going to small claims. I wanted new lenses, and dr. Told me to take out care credit. So I did.I got down to appt, and receptionist told me they do not take care credit. What??? Extra 1500.00 cash by the way, which seemed a little underhanded.Had 1,000.00 worth of tests the other eye doctor cannot use. The communication in office is atrociousSomeone needs to knock some heads together

Dr Giebel was an...interesting experience. The first time , I waited 90 minutes past my appointment , so finally just left. The second time Dr. Giebel didnt do much to listen to my issues...He was essentially a walking commercial for Lipiflow, which is a 700$ procedure that takes ten minutes and has no guarantees of working. His professional eye care advice was "Blink more often". Needless to say I wont be returning.

Dr. Giebel repaired my eye before a detached retina could occur. I would have gone blind in my left eye. Very caring,takes the time to analyze problem and performed the procedure perfectly. 18 years later all is well. Very caring doctor - he was concerned for my health as a whole, not just my eyes. The office staff were very friendly and professional. I left with all my questions answer. I highly recommend this office!
