I had one initial office visit with Dr. Andrew’s. I found him very attentive and thoughtful. He also listened to my long list of ailments and made recommendations as to referrals he could make for me. I think he is a good doc. Unfortunately, I missed my follow up appointment and did not call to inform him so Dr. Andrew’s resigned as my physician. To bad. I had high hopes he was going to help me resolve some rather serious health issues I am facing. I wish him well and his point I have taken to heart. Don’t blow off your Dr. Appointments.
This has been the worst case of incompetence I have ever experienced. I need to mention I have run Medical Centers and I am now a College Professor of Business. Walla Walla Clinic is the worst I have ever experienced. Do not go there, find a different clinic and provider.
I found Dr. Andrews to be very patient. He listened well and took the time to review my records, answer questions, and explain conditions and treatment options. Personally, I was very pleased with the care I received.
Dr. Kevin Andrews does not adhere to the Hippocratic Oath. He does do harm, if to the mind and not so much the body. Doctors have the power to set aside ethics and accuse any patient of any wrong doing they might determine at any time without fear of lawsuit, ethical reprimand (including any involvement by the American Medical Association or any state organization), or internal investigation by the medical facility or facilities in which they work. Even if an accusation made by a doctor against a patient is completely untrue. If proven wrong all the doctor has to do is say he or she believed it to be true at the time and that's that. Not even a slap on the wrist. Dr. Andrews abruptly dropped me as a patient letter and not in person. When I asked for a reason he told me (again not in person where I could respond right away) I was a doctor shopping opiod abuser. I tried to get a dialog open to prove my innocence but he refused to say or hear another word. I gathered records from my pharmacy, the assisted living place I lived (where they administered ALL of my meds. I never touched them. Opiods were low-dose and under control by Pinnacle Pain Center where they gave random urine tests to assure there were no abusers. I was compliant in every test. I am a senior with Parkinson's disease and do not drive. It goes on and on how ludicrous this accusation was. Dr. Andrews refused to read or listen to any of it. Even testimony by other doctors on my behalf. Dr. Kevin Andrews, in my opinion, is not fit to be a doctor. He has broken his Hippocratic Oath and done great harm.

Excellent physician. Very thorough. Very professional and Very Kind. I would take my parents to him if they lived here. He is intelligent and I like that!
Dr Andrews is a very good physician. He treats me with respect and listens to my concerns. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good physician.
Had to wait a long, long time over and over. Cocky and flippant. One time I was emotional about my health when he came into the room Next visit he didn't ask how I was. In a snide manner he said, "Do you think you can keep it together today?" He took an oath to do no harm but he has failed to live up to it. A last resort doctor.
He does not listen. He does not read reports from the ER doctors when you go in for a post ER visit. He refuses to write RX to medicare for in home healthcare after surgery and many falls from being alone at home. He has no compassion towards the patient, but he is sure to give you a constant stone face during your appointment, like your wasting his time. My mom has been in the ER 3 times in the past month and has never addressed theh reasons why.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
