In addition to the treatment not being effective, I was overcharged by the office of Laurel Stevens. After pointing out that Busby's office didn't charge as much for the exact same procedure I was ignored and threatened with collection. Fine - went to a clinic in Kennewick to have the procedure repeated(successfully I might add) and waited for my EOB and invoice to arrive. Low and behold my bill was more in line with Dr. Busby's rate. Saving all these invoices for the judge. Always appreciated Busby, but unfortunately my days of using this clinic are over and I recommend anyone needing their services look to Tri-Cities for alternative and more cost effective solutions for your dermatology needs.

Dr. Panther is outstanding. Sue had several skin cancers removed and scars are almost invisible. Staff is wonderful too!

My daughter had a great experience with the Doctor there, but we did not appreciate the rude receptionist with the poor attitude (Rachel I beleive). She actually brought my 18 year old to tears.

for six years Dr. Stevens has provided me with professional and personal care with basal cell carcinoma. I look forward to her for any treatment needed.
