After waiting 2 hours at urgent care following a positive home covid test, she took her time entering the room and when she finally arrived, she chastised me for the type of mask I was wearing. Not even so much as a "Hello" or anything. I had never seen this woman before in my life. She would not do a repeat test and acted as if my visit was a burden. (I think I even saw an eye roll at one point). I would never see this doctor on an appointment basis. Unfortunately, she was the urgent care on call physician at the time of my visit.

Very poor bedside manners (if any). Minimal exam, seemed to be in a rush although the clinic was empty. Rude behavior ... the whole exam lasted less than a minute, sadly ending with wrong diagnosis and wrong medication prescribed, that forced us to go to another doctor whose diagnosis was diametrically opposite form this lady. I would not recommend her to anyone, matter of fact, I say if you find out she is the attending physician, decline and find someone else. Terrible!

Overall rushed, often cut me and my questions off. Did not go in depth with why she is prescribing a med. had to ask her what each med does and it’s side effects. Next time, at least knock and say hello like any other doctor please?

Worst Doctor I have ever met in my whole life! Kept me waiting for more than 1.5 hrs.....and she did the exam in 5mins, very unprofessional, didn't want to listen or explain....She didn't even say sorry for the waiting at all (I was waiting for her all these time to get off her phone!!!)

Waited 1.5 hrs in the room..... Dr. Dy did the exam in 5mins....... very unprofessional, didn't care about patient at all. No any apology for the waiting time at all. ( I was waiting for her to get off the phone.......) Worst doctor I have ever met in my whole life!!!!

Dr. Dy (Dr. Dee), is professional and friendly (good beside). She listened, worked to make quick yet thorough assessment of the problem, clearly explained the suspected diagnosis and next steps. I would gladly see her again. Thank you

In and out in a hurry, minimal exam.

1 minute exam, after very long wait. Minimal help, did not listen to my problem, poor communication, lack of clarity. I had to drag the minimal information I got out of her. Would not recommend her! Horrible!

Waited 2.5 hours to see dr. And she did exam in one minute, very minimal information/ thoroughness. No common courtesy, no hello, no good-bye.
