I was attended to right away, they didn’t make me wait at all. They found the problem right away. The whole staff was so professional and so nice. Everybody made me feel comfortable and we're all so helpful from the moment I walked in, to be being seen, and even as I left. One of the best staffs in all of Yakima.

I had a great experience, got the competent care I needed. I love the culture of respect that is obvious here. Sometimes an urgent care can make you feel vulnerable due to the fact that you need care and they have the power to give it or not. Here, I felt they listened and helped.

Standard paperwork for a doctor's office that takes a good amount of time the first time, thereafter very quick entry. In within 15 minutes, doctor visitation within 40 minutes, out in 60 minutes! Love that. Plus good people that treated me as I would expect to be treated.

I needed a rapid Covid Test and they got me in and out promptly. The staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. I will be recommending to others. Glad to know that we have this extra resource as a medical provider here in Yakima.

Very friendly staff however the doctor was very dismissive of my concerns and didn’t even properly examine me. I told her what remedies I was using and she told me she would prescribe me something stronger and she ended up prescribing the exact same thing I told her I was already using and then also prescribed me something that wouldn’t even treat the problem. At the end it just felt like a total waste of time and money.

Went to a different clinic first and they told me I had allergies. I felt this wasn’t right so I went to Nova and the doctor immediately new it was a sinus infection. Now I’m on antibiotics and feel 100% better. Definitely the urgent care clinic I will go to from now on. Also, love that it’s walk-ins. Thank you Nova!
