Excellent care and they are not just there to make $$$ and send you on your way.I was seen for a shoulder injury and the attending physician said there was a more qualified physician with more orthopedic experience on staff with that worked the latter part of the weekand and asked me to come back when they were on duty and said there was no charge for my visit.

Was a good experience! Thought the price was too high for a Covid test for not having insurance. And too many forms to fill out for just a Covid test! Yikes. But staff was very friendly!

Absolutely wonderful customer service and excellent bedside manner!! My dr. Was great. The wait was way shorten then even going to my dr office with an appointment. 😂 if you are in need of urgent care and refuse to go to the ER as I’d do, I would highly recommend nova health.

Typically 1.5 hours of waiting time. However the staff and disclosures failed to advise that you “ are not able to leave” in waiting. Leticia the staff manager decided to not see me as a patient moving forward because I had failed to answer their phone calls and I was “rude” to staff . Sounds like a power trip to me! I have never been disrespectful in any way and only exercised my right to ask questions. If you decide to make this your clinic, expect long estimated times, a young inexperienced Manager that will refuse patients at the drop of a dime.

Walked in snd was seen within 20 minutes. Very polite and professional young lady at the counter. PA -c Angela Bosma listened to me and sent me home with paperwork for exercises and a couple prescriptions until I get into the neurologist in February.
