The dentists at Cooley Smiles found that I have high blood pressure and advised me to see my primary care physician, and I did. My doctor put me on a vasodilator and fixed the problem. I’m so grateful to them for discovering this issue.
I absolutely love the office staff not to mention the doctors are the best! They definitely have become like family to me. Mostly I’m grateful for the confidence they gave back to me in my smile. Game changing for me ♥️
Cooley Smiles is always a strong advocate for my health and dental health. Everyone there is behind an enthusiastic effort to provide sensitive and attentive care. If anything needs attention they have a persistant appraoch to improve my dental health. And they are cosmetic sensitive.
Great staff (gentle and friendly). Happy with my treatment plan, costs are reasonable. Only small issue I had was the time I was questioned about wanting nitrous for a cleaning (seemed insensitive); primary reason I chose the office (beyond proximity) was that its an option should I request it. Dr. MellIssa is wonderful and thorough! Highly recommend if looking for a good, caring dental practice.
Great dentist and wonderful dentist assistants. Quick but thorough, personable, efficient staff, and won't try to do work that is not needed.
I've been a patient here for a few years now and have had nothing but great experiences with them with at every appointment/interaction.
Cooley has taken care of my family for more than 20 years. They're great. Brittany was a fantastic tech, cleaning my sensitive teeth swiftly and with kindness.
Felt safe with the additional COVID19 precautions. Thank you!
Long time patient. Could not be happier with the care and personal service.
Judy is the best hygienist in town!!Happy Holidays
After 6 years of no dental visits I finally made the decision to setup an appointment and visit Cooley Smiles in Bellevue and I have to say I will definitely be scheduling all of my future dental visits at this place. Very clean office, very professional and patient front staff who answered all of my questions before the appointment. I was very nervous and anxious about getting my teeth looked at, but that quickly went away when my Dental Hygienist Megan began taking x-rays. She was very knowledgeable and took her time with my teeth cleaning and I didn't feel rushed. Dr. Mellissa then politely showed up and took a look at the x-rays and pointed out some areas on my teeth where I needed some dental work done and I then scheduled another appointment.Very thankful for this experience. I'll definitely be referring all of my friends and family to this place.
I love Cooley Smiles. Everyone who works here is so friendly and they always make you feel so comfortable. It’s always been a great experience!
I always have a great experience at Cooley Smiles. Super clean facilities and the best people you will ever meet. Highly recommended.
The best dentist ever...from a person that hates going to the dentist!! They have always been amazing, patient, and caring (pre-Covid) and even with the masks, extra sanitation measures, and general "weirdness" of this time they are still just as friendly, caring, and patient. Just had my first cleaning post COVID shutdown and they have installed multiple air sanitizers, both in the lobby area and at each dental chair, along with multiple hand sanitizer bottles throughout the space. They minimize the amount of "air" tools they use to limit spray through the air and do temp checks. The hygienist and doctors all wear face masks and face shields for extra protection. All of these measures help ensure safety for patients!
Excellent and professional staff!
I had been a patient here since around 2013. Ive had two crowns done, fillings replaced, etc. I had an appointment last week and they called to cancel and rescheduled for today. I then got a series of text messages this morning first saying again that they needed to reschedule due to sickness then saying to come in. I was not feeling great due to an ongoing health issue, and we are in a global pandemic, so I called to take them up on the rescheduling texts. The girl on the phone was rude, told me I was cancelling (honestly with that much sickness between the hygienist last week and then again today why would I want to go in?!?), and told me they had no appointments until October. Im not buying that. When I said fine, she then told me that I am no longer welcome to make any more appointments bc I have called in sick too many times. Over 78 years Ive rescheduled FIVE times (gasp!). At least twice was having a sick baby and no one knows they are going to be sick 48 hours in advance. I guess they want patients coming in sick during a pandemic. No warning or anything, just fired as a patient. So off to find a new dentist. So much for any type of patient care. I have screenshots of the texts and the voicemail they left me last week. Annoying I have to find a new dentist but thats life.
The entire team from start to finish were kind, clear, and knowledgeable. The office staff was great to work with (probably the best I have ever worked with). Megan, the hygienist was so kind and payed attention to detail with every step, explaining the entire procedure. Recommendations to the specialist I needed was very appreciated as well. I came out with clean teeth and great next steps.
We had a great experience with Dr. Ilgen and the staff at Cooley Smiles in Factoria. She did a wonderful job with my son’s bridges...They look amazing! My son couldn’t be happier😁Thank you all for being wonderful!
