Dr. Kevin Andrews does not adhere to the Hippocratic Oath. He does do harm, if to the mind and not so much the body. Doctors have the power to set aside ethics and accuse any patient of any wrong doing they might determine at any time without fear of lawsuit, ethical reprimand (including any involvement by the American Medical Association or any state organization), or internal investigation by the medical facility or facilities in which they work. Even if an accusation made by a doctor against a patient is completely untrue. If proven wrong all the doctor has to do is say he or she believed it to be true at the time and thats that. Not even a slap on the wrist. Dr. Andrews abruptly dropped me as a patient letter and not in person. When I asked for a reason he told me (again not in person where I could respond right away) I was a doctor shopping opiod abuser. I tried to get a dialog open to prove my innocence but he refused to say or hear another word. I gathered records from my pharmacy, the assisted living place I lived (where they administered ALL of my meds. I never touched them. Opiods were lowdose and under control by Pinnacle Pain Center where they gave random urine tests to assure there were no abusers. I was compliant in every test. I am a senior with Parkinsons disease and do not drive. It goes on and on how ludicrous this accusation was. Dr. Andrews refused to read or listen to any of it. Even testimony by other doctors on my behalf. Dr. Kevin Andrews, in my opinion, is not fit to be a doctor. He has broken his Hippocratic Oath and done great harm.
Excellent physician. Very thorough. Very professional and Very Kind. I would take my parents to him if they lived here. He is intelligent and I like that!
Had to wait a long, long time over and over. Cocky and flippant. One time I was emotional about my health when he came into the room Next visit he didnt ask how I was. In a snide manner he said, Do you think you can keep it together today? He took an oath to do no harm but he has failed to live up to it. A last resort doctor.
Very professional
I have been a patient of Dr. Andrews for many years. He has always been a very professional and caring physician. Im not sure where these insults and complaints are coming from..I guess some folks just are not happy with anyone, They really do need to move on and find a new physician...But I guarantee they will wish they had not left or moved their loved ones. Just Sayin...
Wanted to find out about a test to check for plaque build up that might cause a heart attack (asking because people are always told to talk to their dr. before they start any kind of exercise program). There is a huge family history of heart attack and heart related deaths in our family (I fear having one myself) and was told by another Dr. that I have hardening of the arteries. I wanted this test so that I could start physical therapy to build up muscle tone after being sick and not able to do much for so long. When asked about the test and what precautions Dr. Andrews thought I should take, he looked at me and said very strait faced I dont know what you think proper precautions are. We all have to die some time. Now looking for a new doctor. Also saw him for abdominal pain that he blew off and ended up in ICU for 2 1/2 days the following week.
Waiting time was excessive. Office waiting area had no lights on. Depressing and non professional office in my opinion. Old building.
For my first appointment, he spent 10 minutes with me after I waited more than an hour, then did nothing for me and charged more than $350. My second appointment cost $260, but I probably got 12 minutes and a couple of prescriptions and only had to wait about 20 minutes. He was rude and disrespectful; did not answer my questions and sneered at the treatment my previous doctor had provided.
