List of Amery Hospital & Clinic's Reviews
I received very good care here. I had knee replacement surgery and all staff were helpful and kind. My questions were answered, the procedure went great (thank you Dr M. Meisterling and staff) in recovery I felt very taken care of. I live in the cities but will absolutely come back if I need anything else. Thank you nurses and staff for all you do and all you help and kindness!
Brought my step daughter in with her mom and I ended so angry I had to leave. Left my child in pain when they were supposed to come back with pain meds and take to xray. It took me going out and having to be rude to get any sort of care going for my child. This place is useless do not unless you no other options.
Did my screening colonoscopy with Amery - very positive experience! Staff was attentive and listened. Kindness and caring from the start of the appointment to the end of it. Surgeon was punctual and calming. Anthesist made sure my previous experiences (different facility) were not repeated. Communication was written in paperwork to follow me home after it was discussed in person. I would recommend Dr. Crowley and the team 100%.
Charges you for services outside Medicare yearly wellness visit that PA initiates, not you. One of the yearly wellness is; A review of your current prescriptions. Went in for annual and was asked how my knee pain was by PA. I requested to renew prescriptions and add a pain medicine(which incidentally only cost 50 cents). This was a 3 minute conversation and was charged $257 for it. According to them was outside of the annual review. Considering the wellness review was $355 by itself and only 5 minutes long I consider this price gouging by them. Even though the PA initiated the conversation and went outside the annual guidelines they still insist that I pay. Not once was it stated it was outside the guidelines and they would charge me during my visit. I Do Not Recommend Seeing them. Poor communication from them, seems to be all about the money.
I would like to apologize for previous review. I was in pain and they actually helped me. They do care
I dont where to start. This place is awful. Billing doesn't answer their phones. The staff is rude and no one seems to know what is going on. I'm starting to think they just hire people off the street that need a job.
Been doctoring here all my life with now real issues, recently delivered my second child here and had a great experience. First child was born in Stillwater at Lakeview and I honestly felt more impressed by Amery's birth center!
The compassion of abilities of the baby center are unparalleled!
This clinic is actually the worst place I’ve ever been. I deal with insurance prior authorizations monthly and I’ve never had as many issues as I have had here! Usually a PA is done same day. Dr. Fueling is wonderful. However his nurse Emily, is absolutely worthless. She was rude to me as well as pharmacy staff! The only other person who helped me was Jodi H in reception. It’s been an absolute nightmare dealing with nurse Emily! She also told me the PA was denied through “their system” whatever that means. However I called my insurance and they didn’t have a PA for anything
Glad to be back was born there great Dr's and nurses and lab people are the best

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
