This place claims they care about the children, when yet due to insurance reasons (which I'm dealing with right now) my daughter was souppose to get labs today due to her having a liver disease and because we didn't have a $1,000 dollars up front they turned her away. In today's society who has 1,000 to pay right up front?! Yeah you guys care about the children! No more like you care about the money! When I called and asked to speak to a supervisor I was transferred around just to be told Noone was available to talk. You guys need help definitely!

My daughter was rushed to the ER last year and we were referred to the children's hospital for two separate issues one was immediately taken care of however the other issue was not, hence why the poor review at this time. This appt for my daughter with the allergy specialist was scheduled 7 months ago! To wait 7 months is already crazy but what other options do we have living in this small town? So we wait and wait I request off from work, and 1 week before the appt I only then received a phone call/ voicemail stating that they made a mistake and accidentally scheduled my daughter with a nurse practitioner instead of a doctor and to call back n RESCHEDULE. I call back and inform them that I shouldn't have to reschedule as this isn't my fault, the office says they did everything correctly and said I shouldn't have to wait now until August to have my daughter seen! I get a call back this morning to be told UNFORTUNATELY there is nothing they can do to correct THEIR MISTAKE! They blamed the schedulers, and the schedulers blamed the nursing staff but guess who is the only person truly suffering in this situation? MY DAUGHTER! by the time she is seen it will have been 1 year from initial scheduling!!!!!!!! Nursing/ scheduling need to take accountability and get a better handle on their systems!!!!! UPDATE! I want to share that my daughter has finally been seen by the allergy specialist and so I am very happy that they corrected their mistake. It is very unfortunate that it took a formal complaint on the internet but we love this doctor and her nurse and are happy with the care my daughter received.
