I've seen Dr. Kagen twice for routine cancer screenings. Each time I was impressed by his expertise, professionalism, knowledge, and ability to explain conditions, treatments, and other medical terminology in a clear and understandable way. I have complete confidence in Dr. Kagen's diagnoses and treatments. The office staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. I never felt rushed and all my medical and insurance questions were answered. I will definitely continue to be one of Dr. Kagen's patients.

Have been there twice almost walking out the first time and actually walking out the second. I had enough when they called the patients name scheduled before me which was one hour AFTER my scheduled time. Doctor may be a nice person any good at what he does but has absolutely no respect for his patients time clearly thinking his time is much more valuable than yours.

I only wish Dr. Kagen did family medicine so all of my health concerns could be addressed by him.

Dr. Kagen is a man who truly cares about his patients overall health and well being, not just the dermatology portion! He educates you on any issues you may have, both in medical AND laymen terms, there is no rushing, talking down, or making you feel embarrassed. Also the wonderful stories and antidotes sprinkled throughout the visits dissipate any anxiety you may have! I highly recommend him, and hope he never thinks of retiring! P.S. As far as any wait may be concerned...enjoy the beautiful view, and appreciate the time to destress that we usually never get!

Nearly impossible possible to get a better Dermatologist MD than Dr. Kagan. "Chalk" one up for the University of Wisconsin. I thought he was an Ivy Leaguer.

It 's nice to meet with a doctor that isn't constantly looking at his watch and actually seeming to care about the actual visit. His expertise is amazing and he's very willing to share the details of skins condition.

I had an extremely aggressive skin infection which Kagen took the time to examine it and when the usual antibiotics didn't work he was willing to try new ones with my consent after listing the possible side effects. I was cured several years later and very grateful for his treatment plans. He truly cares about his patients and if you wait in the waiting room past the scheduled time it's because he's still with another patient.

Originally went to see his dad when I was about 7 years old. Now over 40 year later now seeing his son Dr. Charles Kagen. Great doctor, caring and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend! As far as the waiting room part, its gotten much better but I always call ahead to see what the wait will be.
