What can you say when you've been thrown the worst curve ball ever? With so many fears and questions to be answered, Dr. Bermas helped the minute she introduced herself. There is a long road ahead but from what I've seen so far, I'm in good hands. She knows her stuff and gets right to the point, which is what I wanted.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Bermas as my surgeon for my lumpectomy. I didn't have any pain and was feeling back to normal in two days. She is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and concerns. So great to have the best doctor available locally!

I found Dr. Bermas to be very condescending and unhelpful. She treated me as if my breast symptoms were in my head. and that at 40 I was to young to be concerned about breast cancer. I was referred by my pcp due to fibrocystic breast disease and specific breast lumps that mammogram and US were inconclusive on. I went for a 2nd opinion and was Dx with breast cancer in the same lumps she refused to biopsy .
