Julie Meyer's Online Review Report Card

There is absolutely nobody in this world I would have rather had to guide me through my pregnancy, delivery, recovery and postpartum. Dr. Meyer has a very “this is YOUR body” attitude towards things, and goes at your pace and comfort level. She does not try to push anything, and makes it her goal to treat you based on your preference. She makes every appointment a safe place and is so reassuring and has a way of making you feel 100% confident in every decision you make for yourself. I had a breech baby up until the day of my delivery. I had an ECV scheduled for 37 weeks to flip baby and had an awful gut feeling and cancelled it the day before the procedure & opted for a planned c section. She got me in for an appointment the next day and explained to me that I know myself better than anybody and I made the right decision if I was having a bad gut feeling. That same she day scheduled my c section and reassured me as many times as I needed that I would be okay, but that it was also 100% valid to be scared and anxious. I also had some blood pressure issues for about a month and she was extremely cautious and kept a very close eye on that until it eventually resolved on its own. I have also had 4 family members see her before my pregnancy, and that’s how I was referred to her. She is absolutely amazing and I’ve only ever heard great things about her from her other patients that I personally know as well. I will absolutely choose her for any future pregnancies or situations where I would need an OBGYN. I don’t know if I’d ever be able to trust another doctor, as nobody really compares to her!

Dr. Meyer is incredible. She delivered both of our kids and I highly recommend her.

I was so happy to “happen” upon her. She delivered 2 of my children and I will be back again if another baby would happen in my future. She if full of information and always willing to share, but also listens and helps you to make the choice that is best for you! Really a gem! I would highly recommend Dr Meyer not only to a pregnant women, but any women in need of female care!

She’s one of a kind! Very dedicated, friendly, sweet and approachable. 12 years ago when we we stationed in Houghton, and still can’t forget her beautiful and sweet face. She is the kind of Doctor that loves what she does and cares for her patients. Thank you Dr. Meyer.

My biggest fear ever was having a baby but Dr.Meyer helped me threw it all! She talked me threw each month telling me exactly the things that I needed to expect. She made me feel comfortable around her like I would to my own mother! She’s nice , sweet, and caring! When I was in labor and the nurses called her at 4am, she literally got there in 8 minutes because she knew how much I really wanted her there! I would definitely recommend her to any mommy out here! Dr. Meyer ordered an ultrasound for me. After it was completed, not only was she caring and compassionate, she took the time to explain everything thoroughly to me with all the questions I asked. I would highly recommend her!

Dr. Julie Meyer is a real gem! Like finding a real diamond in a box of cracker jacks. From my perspective, she has a special quality about her that would difficult to express in words. The professional, caring and kind manner in which I was treated by her will be remembered for a long time. I didn't have a long wait-time to see her, however, she is someone well worth waiting for if need be. A great listener too! Someone who actually cares and is interested in what you have to say. Yay! for Dr. Julie Meyer.
