Dr. Oetken has been, BY FAR, the best primary care physician I have ever seen and the only reason I don't recommend him to absolutely everyone I know is that he might get busier and harder to book appointments with. I have never once felt rushed during my visits with Dr. Oetken. It always seems like I am the only patient he has, since he remembers everything about me going back years now. He's not big on doling out unnecessary prescriptions, but rather tries to get at the root of the problem. Dr. Oetken has given me referrals that other specialty doctors were impressed with. Also, he and his nurses have gone way above and beyond to get me into the best possible doctors ASAP when needed.

We started seeing Dr. Oetken when my daughter was born in 2017. We are happy to find a Dr who will listen to our concerns and wishes for the whole family. Thank you!

Had to wait almost an hour to see him. His nurses are rude. He isn't personable and doesn't seem to care about your thoughts.

In total I will spend $260 on 2 medications and an office visit and still not sure there will be a resolution, HOW IS THIS EVEN POSSIBLE? I was in the office for 5 minutes. If you tried to charge someone like that anywhere but in health care and you would be out of business. I liked Dr. O and got results for my money before so I had no issues. I can't say the same this time around.

Dr. Oetken showed callous disregard to my 84 year old mother during her final months. He is arrogant and cavalier while taking at least 6 vacations a year making him unavailable most of the time.

After 3.5 years of service doctor terminated service while treating major medical problem with no substantial reason after expressing concern for a lack of concern for my well being. Very lost and confused as I search for a new doctor praying my condition doesn't developed more serious problems that could be dangerous to my health.
