Every person I encountered throughout the day from the receptionist to the doctors were exceptionally pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. I receive emails every day from Dr. Eggert and those are greatly appreciated. The emails are informative and encouraging. I pray that I'll never need orthopedic surgery again, but if I do, I will insist on getting it through OSI.
