The first bill I received from them threatened to send my account to collections. I'm always current with all my bills and was very frustrated to see this come through. I paid the bill off instantly and I will never use their services again.

My husband went into Urgent last week and was given wrong medications that did not help him. The doctor did not provide much information. He had to call them again to get the correct medications for his illness.Our insurance company contacted us to have Urgent Care send their claim to the correct location in order for the claim to be processed (as it was pending due to missing information). The customer service lady at Urgent Care was extremely rude and continued to read from a script. She refused to send our claim paperwork to the right location and told us we need to wait a couple of weeks. I better not be getting a call from collections!

My husband, my son and I have been seen several times at Urgent Care and received excellent care every appointment! So much that we acquired a New MD membership and have been thrilled with the convenience and personal attention. Dr. Yun and his Registered Nurse, Mary are available at your fingertips for a consultation or a “last minute Friday afternoon appointment” complete with X-ray! We appreciate your timely response and bedside manner. It reminds me of days gone by where the patient truly comes first!
