Dr. Anderson is an incredible doctor. From the moment I walked in, she made it clear that she cared about me and took the time to explain everything in a clear and understandable way. Throughout treatment, she always made herself available and truly helped guide me through a very scary time. I would 100% recommend her to take care of you if you find yourself in need of a Radiation Oncologist.

Absolutely the best PCP I have ever had. She is honest and makes you feel important. She doesn’t rush through your appointment and is always willing to explain things. Top notch provider.

Dr Anderson is very good at her job. People who find themselves in her "care" need to understand that her job is not to make them well, but it is to sell radiation and to fill radiation session spots at the UW Hospital. Those spots bill at $15k a spot. Generating revenue is her goal. She will say whatever is necessary to a patient. Tell them whatever number they need to hear so she can obtain consent. She is indifferent to the wants or needs of her patients. She is simply there to sell radiation. And she is very, very good at it. Radiation permanently damages your body. It may have benefits, but it has permanent collateral damage. You cannot count on Dr Anderson to advise you. She takes advantage of vulnerable people to make her sales numbers. You need to use other sources to make your decisions about radiation therapy.

It's frightening that this woman is practicing medicine, and especially psychiatry. She will not listen to the patient or even to other professionals; she is an argumentative, condescending know-it-all, and actually gave this patient (a young man) incorrect information to avoid having to say "I don't know." She made a diagnosis and wrote notes about it in the chart BEFORE EVEN MEETING THE PATIENT, and her diagnosis was dangerously wrong, according to subsequent doctors. Nonetheless, when the patient's parents questioned the basis for her diagnosis, she responded by saying that she is "married to a lawyer" and knows how she's supposed to do things. She reportedly harms young patients on a regular basis (according to one of her co-workers). I've given her a one-star rating only because there's no option for zero.

VERY unsympathetic, unwilling to listen (even to experts in the field re: patient), quick to diagnose PRIOR TO EVALUATION OF PATIENT; she crushed a young boy by refusing to listen to him, and repeatedly giving him a canned speech. He told his mom, "She thinks I'm mentally ill. I'm NOT a mental patient!!" Poor evaluative skills; depends on "counselors" to tell her what to do.

I was depressed even though I was taking another doctors medicine. Dr. Mcgovern changed my medicine and I feel better. She was very kind to me. I am not seeing anybody but her anymore.

Dr. McGovern was a good listener. Good bedside manner. Her diagnosis and medication changes got me back on the right track after months of inactivity, anxiety and depression. Its good to know there are professionals out there who can help you when youre at your worst.

Just a wonderful experience. She really took the time to listen to me, and had the guts to tell me things I did not want to hear, but needed to.

Very unsyphathetic, uncaring, too quick to diagnose, suggest you not see her at all.

I was hospitalized for a suicide attempt and she didn't believe that I was depressed?? She doubled the dose of the medication that was making my condition worse, misdiagnosed me, in result of which, I was denied the only treatment that has ever helped me, did not listen to me, and treated me like a common criminial. I had to call my family doctor to get my medicine changed; the very thing that she should have done when I was in the midst of hospital stay #2, two weeks later, for the same problem. If it wasn't for my family doctor interveneing I would have never survived.
