Finally... a doctor that actually listens to you and is concerned about your welfare and is genuinely interested in helping you, as an individual. Not many are as caring as Dr. Winter is. She cannot leave here until my ashes are in the wind, or garbage receptacle, whichever is appropriate... {:O)!!!

The staff was awesome. I had my temperature taken before coming in. Their personal protection equipment was very thorough and I felt very safe and secure going in for my cleaning they always do a great job and treat me very well love this Dentist and the staff five stars for sure

Woman owned business, professional, efficient and non threatening. The service is great, I've never hurt leaving here and they are ON TIME and great to their clients. If you need a dentist, come here. I drive a long way to come to their office because I like them so much. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

WOW. Well, first of all, they managed to fit me in at the last minute on a day when I had an exposed nerve and broken tooth. I found them online, called them hoping they could help, and they told me I could come in. I expected to wait since they were squeezing me in, but I didn't wait at all!! I was leaving for the Keys in 2 days and needed an emergency root canal. Dr. Ortega was so helpful and calm, and her staff actually called over to set up my root canal while I was still in with Dr. Ortega! The entire process that I was initially terrified to deal with was so easy. I went in this morning for the cap on my tooth and it was the same thing - no wait, so efficient and professional, and the office staff showcases the best customer service. This place totally has it figured out, and I can't recommend them enough!

I'll be honest, I don't love poking and prodding around in my mouth but I love coming to Dr. Ortega's office so I think they even out, right? Dr. Ortega is one of the most down to earth and knowledgeable doctor's I've ever met and her staff is absolutely phenomenal. Since her office is a boutique style, she does not take all insurances, so if you have one they take or a PPO and are able to get to her, take advantage!!
