Billed $75 up front and was told this was incase I canceled my appointment however would get a refund the day I arrived at my appointment. No refund. Waited 50 minutes to see Jennifer. Between when I saw Jennifer and my appointment day I developed severe pain. Was not sure what from and was looking for that answer and if it was associated with my reason for being there. Jennifer said most likely you have a UTI. Never had one but the previous two nights I woke up in the middle of the night so it was bad. She completed the first procedure however I said we'll what about my pain, she said that I would need to set up another appointment. I pushed was tested UTI. The nurse said we would call in a script that day, nope. Vanessa, her scheduler, called me at 7:30 that night to set a telemed appointment to go over what med for my UTI??? So another day of pain and payment to her from my insurance. My Monday appointment was cancelled and their portal is a joke when asking a question. I asked 2 question in total and neither have been answered. Probably because Jennifer can not bill for a return email. Overbiller. I made an appointment with a real doctor. Nurse wife did not work for me. And by the reviews not for anyone. Jennifer does not care about your health or time. I should bill her for mine.

Scheduled an annual appointment, I showed up the first time and it was "canceled," but no one reached out to me. Rescheduled and had to pay $75 to hold my spot, and that one was canceled because the doctor was out of the office. Rescheduled for the third time, showed up 20 minutes early, waited 1.5 hours before I walked out. Never seen the doctor. Will not return.

Dr. Wright is probably the most pleasant doctors that I have ever had. She never rushes me during an appointment and seems genuinely interested in my welfare. I really appreciate that she is my oncology doctor!

She listens! When you are with Dr. Wright she is focused on what you are saying and asks relevant follow up questions to make sure she understands your concerns. She doesn't rush or cut you off when you are trying to explain what is worrying you. Then she gives you important feedback and recommendations for next steps in your treatment.

Dr Wright never seems rushed and always finds time to explain things to her patients. She is genuinely happy to see her patients. A better oncologist would be hard to find.
