Had an insurance billing issue with blue cross. The back office billing lady was arrogant, rude and mentioned she did not want our business. Sad, because the doctor seemed nice.

I absolutely love Dr. Daley, he is kind, funny, warm and a great MD. He brings my spirit up no matter what, he is one of a kind for sure. He was my husbands pediatrician and has been our kids pediatrician for 16 years. I had an encounter today that was very out of the ordinary for that office, I've never met this woman before she works in the front at check out. She was so extremely rude and hateful, such a shame to have someone like that with that kind of attitude working for such an amazing man. I left today in tears, she was so hateful. I heard her talking about me behind the desk, I also heard her talking not so good about 2 parents that called in while I was there, someone called in about a child with a fever for a couple of days and she was asking if she should bring her kid in, when they hung up she pretty much called her dumb for not just bringing her in, they went on for about 30 seconds or so before one made eye contact and noticed I was listening. I was very upset not only to hear her say something about me but about the mom calling in.It makes me wonder what all is said not nice behind my back when I don't know whether to bring my kid in, I don't run to the doctor at the first sign of illness either, I let the body try and fight before running in.I did confront her I asked if she was giving me attitude because she was and she said yes because I'm rude, I didn't believe at all I was ever rude in that office I came out smiling from seeing Dr.D and bam! Encounter noting but gloom and hateful attitude. She was talking crap to me in front of other people in the waiting room. I've worked for surgeons before I know if I would of spoke to someone like that I wouldn't have a job. I even told her she was hurting my feelings. We will not be coming back. I know it's just 1 person out of thousands so losing one isn't anything to your pocket book, but we considered Dr. D like family. I'm heartbroken to have to leave this office but he's retiring soon so might as well transition now. I was a professional relations coordinator in my last position and I actually trained offices on customer relations, I can tell you right now! That woman needs that training!!! Dr. d we love you! Wish you nothing but the best! I will always always remember you, always singing, joking with my kids you always made them feel at ease. You took such good care of my kids I will forever be grateful for that. I've never met another doc like you!!! Please know you impacted our lives so much in such an amazing way. You will be missed when you retire like you have no ideal.I couldn't give you less than 5 stars because of 1 hateful employee.I was told to not take how someone treats you personally, the way someone treats you says more about them than you.

This gentleman is No Nonsense gets to the point and explains things thoroughly. He's very friendly and understanding. I cannot say enough about how good of a doctor he is.

Gosh, our whole family loves Doctor Daley. Conveniently located in an atmosphere that feels like a home across from Saint John on Utica, you'll find great staff, nurses and the best pediatrician we could've hoped for to take care of our bebe.The waiting area is perfect for active toddlers with a fish tank, toy train and books. Also, inside every exam room is a box full of toys. When I arrive for an appointment, we are called back and seen within 5 minutes then promptly seen by a nurse then Doc Daley. We've never been in longer than 25 minutes for a routine appointment for shots/wellness checks.Doc Daley is kind, light hearted and truly cares and a BFF to all the kids he sees!

He doesn't take the time to listen to your problems. He seems to just deal with one issue each visit and actually says "I don't have time, but believe me I talk headaches" and so on... His staff are just great.

DR DALEY'S OFFICE AND STAFF ARE WONDERFUL, CURTEOUS AND EFFICIANT!!!

THE BILLING DEPARTMENT AND OFFICE STAFF WERE VERY UNREASONABLE.
