He has a complete lack of compassion and empathy when faced with an unexpected negative outcome to surgery. And he was very content to let my daughter leave without resolving the issue that Becken’s surgery caused. I had to explain to him that he needed to find a way to fix my daughters issue. I have never before witnessed such apathy in a pediatric doctor. Disgusting.

I am not a person to post reviews but I feel so strongly about my opinion. Dr. Becken is a fabulous doctor. He listens, is compassionate and is immensely skilled. I feel extremely lucky to have been under his care.

The prescription he prescribed to me needed a coverage review from my insurance. I called MANY times for him or his staff to complete this coverage review. I sent over a month trying to resolve this matter to NO avail .They needed to call my insurance but I never notified they had . Their failure to call caused me not to get my medication. I'm still suffering with the condition I saw him in the first place. I wasted my time. I received bad attitude, uncooperative help and stubbornness
