Nothing like sitting in waiting while your mother is in back with a heart attack mean while both ladies at the front desk are doing nothing but talking about how much they hate their job and how they are putting in applications and want to leave so bad. Gives you a lot of confidence for what’s going on in the back. Oh and where TF are the vending machines? That’s crazy.

My boyfriend went to the er for a hand injury and the doctor came in squeezed his hand made it hurt worse and told him he needs ice no xray nothing. I would not recommend my worst enemy going here. Most doctors here should be ashamed of them selves and go back to school. Since I'm on here when I was pregnant I was scheduled for a c-section and I had to change doctors because I went in and my doctor went on vacation a week early but never had my appointment canceled

Make sure they take your insurance before scheduling an appointment!!! Disappointed with the care, or lack thereof. I made a bad decision by assuming that because they were a Mayo Clinic they treated their patients with compassion and understanding. Like most hospitals these days, they put profits over care. It appears they are only concerned about money and keeping you coming in for appointments and labs you probably don't need. Then you have to play phone tag for 20 minutes to learn your insurance is not accepted. I would suggest looking anywhere else for your healthcare needs.

I wouldn't take my dog to this clinic! My son is two months old tested postive for rotavirus. We took him into ER and they literally did nothing and said hes fine and to go home. Well we are on our way to children's hospital! My son today has 102.3 tempature and a rash all over his mouth. Breathing heavy and very sick! This place don't take you seriously.

I have never felt so small and unheard I went in last thursday for cramps im 22 weeks pregnant, they did a urine test because i had a some burning after urination, it came back with no infections but they didn't tell me there were crystals in my urine at all I found out today as I developed really bad back pain I called had me do another urine test and blood test my white blood cells were elevated and I had blood in my urine I have had a kidney infection once before and it felt exactly like this I was not bring heard I was ignored and i have been crying every since I called 1130 in the morning and I had to push for the antibiotics and finally got them by 7pm I'm in so much pain I called and called and called and was told more tests were bring preformed on my urine when they already had done all the tests they could do I have very disappointed and hurt by the way I was treated if the right testes were preformed on thrusday this probably would not have happened I can not describe the worry I feel for my baby and me

they chalk everything up to pregnancy if your expecting listen to your body and never stop trying and fighting I will not be stepping foot in mayo again after yesterday

skip this place and make the 2 hr trip north to Duluth and go to St. Lukes. they didn't do squat to help my brother in need. two thumbs down on this place.

Dr. Peltier denied a sterilization request. She doesn't respect patient autonomy She doesn't respect that adult women have the ability to make decisions about their reproductive futures.

Switched to Mayo from Marshfield. Best thing I've ever done! Wish I had switched sooner! Totally professional. 👍
