Dr. Kapoor was consulted while I was having surgery for a heart attack. My discharge papers were issued with a follow up appointment with his office on Wednesday December 13th at 10:30. I arrived at the office 20 minutes before time only to be told that I did not have an appointment. Staff was rude and uncaring. Indicated that I would have to be seen as a walk in despite that fact that I had the discharged paperwork indicating that I had an appointment.

One of my family members had Dr. Kapoor in the hospital when he was admitted. Dr. Kapoor is the worst physician I have ever come across. Getting him to call back with blood or test results that are time sensitive is an absolute nightmare. His office hours are so minuscule, he might as well not even be working. His office staff is just as bad at forwarding messages and/or calls back. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful. Cares for you and your future. Office staff is absolutely horrible with calling you back. I tried for a month and a half and left many many messages. When I got them, I got attitude.
