I have been seeing Dr Goetzen for years. She is by far the best primary doctor I've ever had. She shows genuine concern and is very knowledgeable.

Five phone calls over two days and still getting the runaround. Eight calls, ten minutes on hold, the receptionist just told me (still have not actually spoken to Dr. herself) I cannot get the needed RX. Not a medical reason, just her opinion about prescribing it. Could have told me this yesterday, and I could have gone back to my prior (wonderful and professional and caring) Dr. I may lose my job because of this.
