After the experience I had today with the Claremont location Mayo 😳😤😤😤and it really truly makes me confident in my switch with the new location and new doctor I spoke with Miss Olivia on the phone this morning and she went above and beyond her job her customer service was outstanding it is difficult times and I have always been a fan of mayo and when you have bad experiences I have been hanging on by a thread with Mayo but then when we get blessed with such people like Miss Olivia it helps me hang on and keep faith so thank you very much for the beautiful customer service and helping my son and myself get in the right direction with our medical concerns thank you

I received excellent care while hospitalized at Mayo Health System, Bloomer, WI. All of the doctors, nurses & cna's were great and so friendly! I would and have recommended this hospital to my friends and family!
