Very well for the first visits. One appointment interval was too long perhaps. I stated many spots needing possible cancer attention. He simply walked out before seeing them all. My time was up, I suppose. I've seen dermatologists for skin cancer since the early 1970s and salute them all for the fact I'm still here. And I've learned long ago that new shoes need to be worn-in.

I generally had a good experience with Dr. James (not Thomas) Russell at Affiliated Dermatologists in New Berlin, WI. Dr. Russell identified a condition that another dermatologist did not. He's very pleasant, knowledgeable, and interested in providing the best care for his patients. Next time I visit, I will be more assertive about getting explanations for all solution options and their prices before determining if I will go with their recommendation.

Service with a smile. Not only is this Dr. friendly, so is the entire office staff. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was so polite also. If you want to be treated with genuine patient care, this is your doctor & facility.

Dr Russell was very professional while at the same time making me feel very comfortable. I was nervous about going in to have some spots removed that were basil cell carcinoma and he was so informative and makes you feel so at ease. Also the nurses that were in the room (wish I knew their names!) were also so friendly and warm. Thanks and I would definitely recommend to all I know.

I take my daughter to see Dr. Russell and he is fabulous. We had gone to many dermatologists before that acted like they didn't have time for us. One even walked out of the room while I was still asking a question. Dr. Russell is extrememly knowledgable and he takes the time to listen and discuss with you different treatment options. I highly suggest him and will keep seeing him for all our dermatology needs.
