Jessica, the physicians assistant, that I worked with was very caring and compassionate and really explained in detail the procedure that we were doing on this particular day. I would recommend this facility very highly.

It was a long drive to the office but a fantastic outcome . Love the PA’s personality. Super sweet and comical. The day after the shot my husband has no mor pain. When the pain comes back we would love to make that long drive to see Tom again. Thank you so much for a pleasant visit and no tears. Tom said there cannot be any tears and there were not. Just a lot of ewin and owwwwin but no tears most of all no more pain. When pain comes back we would love to see Tom again .

Never been to a professional clinic that allowed "walk ins" as well. Isn't that what urgent care is for? I was referred to this organization by my doctor but not this location specifically. My appointment was scheduled about a month ago so It was my first appointment and I arrived 15 minutes early as told to do and filled out said paperwork. About 30 minutes later the couple sitting next to me was approached by the lady at the front desk and was told they will be seen next and sorry for the wait but they fit walk ins in as they can. Meanwhile that couple had been sitting there over an hour! I saw the couple come out later on after I had been sitting there for over 45 minutes and then my name was called. I left work early for an appointment I had for over 3 weeks and got bumped by a couple the same day. I would not recommend this place to anyone other than a walk in.

The Ortho-ASAP clinic is a game changer! My son broke his thumb on the playground and from check-in to walking out with a cast was about an hour. It was so much better than taking a healthy (but injured) kid to a typical urgent care to wait alongside sick people! Dr Al-Shihabi was great. I appreciate that he directed questions to my son and spoke with him directly. I hope we never need their services again - but if we do, it’s the first place I’d turn!
