I was very satisfied with all the staff especially the Doctor who talked with me and answered my questions. When I walked out I felt more knowledgeable of why I had this awful cough. I will go back. Thank You all

Don't get me wrong, they were all nice initially. The reason I made the advanced "wait in line" online appointment was when I'd walk in, they'd see who I am on their list. Instead I was met with the front desk reception's disorganization. They didn't mention anything about a co-pay I have. In fact, the wall monitor showed me next in line. So I had waited anyway and they couldn't see it? That didn't irk me as me at the younger woman who leads me back to a patient room. She takes the vitals like blood pressure, oximetry, and my body temperature. She then doesn't know why I take a statin and a GERD medication? After asking? Since they almost never announce what they're qualified to do I guess you must ask and inform yourself. i.e. a medical assistant, a nurse? What? Then finally when the only doctor on staff comes in and tells me that with my arm skin infection, he's resistant to issuing me a doctor's note for calling in sick to my job. Excuse me? It's my body my decision. I don't think I'll be back despite all of these generous reviews. The anti-biotic he prescribed made me even worse! Don't get me wrong, they were all nice initially. It was the most pleasant experience ever. Staff was very lively, courteous, extremely professional. Answered all my questions and they didn't dilly dally when it was time to get to work. They stay focused and that's what I like. A well Disciplined focused group of people hands down. I would refer anyone I know to go here!!

I love the system, I was able to schedule the appt online, and fill out all necessary items and forms needed for my appt. It was easy and timeless. No wait time.Everyone was professional & nice highly recommended.

The staff at Physicians Urgent care are very efficient. They have smiles on their faces and are very helpful. They explain your diagnoses as well as give instructions on how to take your medication.

When patients are coming for a Covid test you must stay on time, I choose your location based on be able to complete through my lunch hour. After getting multiple texts about being 15 min early I then arrived and was told you where running 30 minutes behind. It ended up being considerably longer than that.
