I always love coming to see Dr. Calkins. My questions are never left unanswered and all concerns are addressed. I also love the way Ms. Yulonda ( nurse) interacts with my children. She makes the first interaction with the office so warm hearted and she is funny too!! Thank you for making each visit so comfortable and entertaining 😊

I have 2 children that go to this Dr's office and I have had interaction with pretty much most of the staff within the 16 yrs of taking my kids there. The staff - nurses, Dr's, front desk - they are all amazing and care very much about their patients. Definitely recommend!

We are new to Westbrook. And I have to say, They went above and beyond! My son was a chickenpox exposure and was getting a fever and sore throat. I scheduled an appointment online on a Sunday night. I called in the morning to let them know about the exposure. Sandy was fantastic and gave us directions to call/come thru the backdoor. My mom had to take him to his appointment (I have shingles). They were wonderful. The nurse even called me after to tell me his test results and ask about antibiotic preference. I am so happy with Westbrook! Absolutely recommend!!!

Dr. Lisa Joerres is the absolute best!! She always makes you feel like you are her only patient of the day and really takes her time with you - which is so appreciated. She is especially great at wrangling a toddler who is thrashing around the ground and nervous about the check up. She has all the skills you cannot teach and all of the knowledge I could ever want as a parent for the Dr. of my children.
