I came to Athletico with a bad lumbar spine issue (herniated disc and sciatica) I could barely move with some of the most intense pain I have ever experienced. Katie was phenomenal at addressing all the issues that I was facing. She is very professional and incredibly knowledgeable. Everyone is very welcoming and warm. It is a very comfortable atmosphere. I’ve been to PT in the past where I did not enjoy going and would dred appointment day. This is not the case here as I knew I would walk out feeling better and more confident with every appointment. Highly highly recommend Athletico Burlington!

I have been doing physical therapy here for 8 months after my car accident and I am more than happy with the results the staff is excellent and very knowledgeable I would recommend them to anyone

Have had a chronic lower back problems for years, my primary physician recommended consulting a surgeon, who explained PT, shots, and surgery. I chose starting with PT and worked with Katie (and her intern Sadie for the first half of my program). Katie stated I had three different problems going on, and they would have to treat each differently. Two months later I am “graduated” and can’t be happier with the result. I have pain much less often than when we first met, when I do it is much less intense, and I now know how to mitigate it when I have pain. Going in I was expecting shots or surgery. Now it is just daily maintenance which takes five minutes. Katie said if things get “out of whack” in a year or two, just check back to do a short session with them. Much improved quality of life and no surgery or shots.

Caroline and the entire staff at Athletico are kind, knowledgeable and extremely helpful in your wellness journey. They helped me get my hip flexors strengthened so I can avoid further injury and live a long pain-free life. I enjoyed coming in for therapy as the atmosphere is relaxed. There's good music in the background and conversations to enjoy while going through the exercises. I highly recommend you use the Burlington office to help you improve your quality of life.
