I am from out of town and needed to see nurse/doctor. Made an apt. and got in in 2 days. Quick check in, friendly staff, great care, new facility. A great doctors office.

Still waiting on my blood pressure medication that I've called the primary nurse for Dr swarski 2 times to send me more refills, be out soon in 2 days anything bad happens looks like a lawsuit waiting to happen. I'm documenting everything

Very poor experience related to me Workers Compensation claim. With follow up after going threw a very costly pain management holistic program at Mayo - Rochester. After doing so; followup with Doctor Bodeau and Chippewa Falls Doctor Lane Woldum - Along with poor staff management in the Chippewa Falls Clinic.

Mayo Clinic is supposed to be top notch. The clinic in Chippewa Falls, however I would avoid. The wait times are ridiculously long, meanwhile you are stuck in a teeny tiny waiting room, with uncleanly sick people. It smells gross and feels gross. hospitals should be clean considering what comes in and out of them each day. And appointments should be able to be met on time. I take the time to make sure i arrive on time. I would expect the same from the Dr. to make the appointment at a reasonable amount of time as well.

Always great service and care at this location. I never feel like a number or just a patient. I always feel like a person and I appreciate the way they listen and do what they can to help.
