Dr. Miller is incredibly kind, patient, professional, and thorough! He deals with anxiety really well too. EVERYONE on his staff is EXCELLENT! Not at ALL rude. We've been going to him for our eye care needs for maybe 15 years now. His staff gives honest information about eyewear, but leaves it to the customer to select the frames they'd like. I've been informed several times that frames I like aren't suitable for my prescription and lifestyle. I did not select those frames. Why? Because I trust the professionals and don't want my glasses to break. They also offer eyeglass insurance. Their frame selection is EXTENSIVE, including frames for children.

Dr Miller and his staff are competent, professional and friendly. They explain everything they do in an understandable manner. The receptionists accommodate schedules and have Saturday appointments. The office is extremely clean . They offer extensive choices of frames.

I have been going to Dr miller for over twenty years and have had nothing but exceptional help. love him and his staff they are always helpful and have never had trouble with glasses. I would highly recommend this office.

I worked for Dr. Miller and I must say this is one place that has no structure from Exec. down to the staff. Hostile environment, Over work staff, hires managers that have no experience in the field. The turnover is like a revolving door letting employees go under bad management. Since I worked there there has been over 50+ employees fired or they quit. they give you 30 mins for lunch break working 8.5 hrs a day. They also fire people not giving them a verbal first or a write up,

The receptionist named Carol was really rude. My 5 year old only had 2 frames to choose from. If you are listed as a pediatric eye dr. you should have more than 2 frames to choose from!! My son's glasses broke in the same spot 3 times. The receptionist told me I should have picked a different frame. Rude!!!

Terrible results in both eyes cataract surgery. Damaged one eye during surgery. Now the IOL lens is floating around inside of my eyeball and my vision is worse than before I had the surgery. He talked me into paying more for the ReStor lens, which cost me almost $5000 and I now need reading glasses and many other complications from poor surgery results. He would not take any responsibility for the problems that occurred during surgery. Was not honest with me and would not answer critical questions afterwards.
