List of Kristin Severson Do's Reviews
I was prescribed a drug known as clonazepam. Wish I was never given this awful awful drug and put on a drug that was safer. I’m in my 40’s and no one at that age or younger unless they have seizures should be put on this drug for anxiety or panic attacks. I was told this was band aid drug but was never monitored by her over time the affect it would have on me over time. I was passed on to my primary care physician but by that time I was already dependent. I have never abused it at all but the drugs dependency is overwhelming. Now I am dependent on it from long term use and am experiencing more anxiety than ever before. Wish I had never been prescribed this horrible horrible drug for anxiety/panic attacks. Long road of recovery is ahead. Living in a nightmare.
I trust Kristin with my healthcare and believe that she is a great doctor!
She is very knowledgeable and knows how to treat the myriad ailments of an aging patient. I received excellent care from her and her staff.
Severson is a good listener; asking questions to help clarify my complaints and has always supplied the appropriate treatments and recommendations.
Dr. Severson's approach is friendly and relaxed. She is a good listener, answers questions completely and is careful to make certain her answers are understood. As her patient, I've never felt she rushed me or paid more attention to the clock then she did to me and my concerns. As I leave her office, I find myself smiling and feeling reassured.
This doctor is supposed to specialize in geriatic health, but did not seem to understand many of the issues facing my husband.
I was able to see her on the spur of the moment. The wait in the waiting room was just a couple minutes, then in the exam room, 3 to 5 minutes. She was prompt, courteous, and spent time with me answering questions. The medication she prescribed has cleared up my problem. I would recommend her.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
