Dr. Conran OD was very thorough and gave me a comprehensive eye exam. He dilated my eyes so he could get a great view and make sure my eyes were healthy. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Unlike those doctors at the chains store he seems to really care about his patients And did not rush me. I like my progressive glasses and my contact lenses as well. I am very happy with the level of care I received and found his services very reasonably priced. A+++

Amazing doctor. Dr. Conron spent the time to talk to me about my problem and helped my family with all their questions. We were used to other doctors that went super fast and cared more about selling glasses than giving us a proper eye exam. I am so glad that we switched to see Dr. Conron

They withheld my medical records from me when I was trying to get an emergency pair of replacement glasses since mine were scratched and I needed to be able to see while I worked at home during the covid 19 pandemic. I had since moved away and they were suggesting I come back for an exam during a pandemic to get my prescription. The last thing I would do is travel hours out of my way to go back to them to get an exam. Very unhelpful. I ended up getting glasses with my old prescription from Warby Parker and I can actually see better than the one they gave me. Definitely don’t recommend

Brian Conran really cares about his patients--he's not a corporation but a doctor. When a friend of mine injured his eye at midnight, Dr. Conran opened his office to treat him. When my father lost his vision while on vacation in Florida, he first called Dr. Conran who then spent hours tracking down an emergency eye clinic in Miami open on a Saturday. My father survived the stroke and regained part of his vision since he got treatment on time.

Really great care. Dr. Conran went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed, and his exam was very thorough. I came in last-minute, so I really appreciate him making time for me and being so thorough.

Doc is extremely thorough and professional. Staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and always greet you with a smile. Highly recommend you check him out for your next vision appointment whether it's an annual check up or you are in need of new glasses and/or contacts.

Poked me in the eye twice with the flashlight thing, causing me to pass out. Then he sent me home and refused to schedule another appointment with me to finish the eye exam. There are much better places to go. For example, America's Best doesn't put eye drops in your eyes (as they have scanning technology) and they literally called this guy's methods barbaric.
