Dr Karen told me during my visit that his receptionist had misbilled people and he was worried about money. My next bill was three times the amount of my normal bill. When I tried to call and ask about the differences the office staff were rude and hung up on me immediately. I tried calling back and left several messages and never heard back again. He used to be great but I’ve lost all trust with all of the issues I’ve recently had I will never go there again.
