Had a cyst “removed”. The entire thing is still there so I have no idea what Dr. Okun even removed.

I've had great experiences with Dr. Okun. If one treatment doesn't work for you, he will keep going until he finds one that does. It is so nice to find a doctor who takes the initiative to do this! He never makes me feel like I have to push to be heard, and he is very friendly and personable.

4 kids and each of them has a beautiful, healthy smile.

I had braces for three years. No refund policy. No satisfaction guaranteed policy. My teeth are not how I was told they'd be at the end of this process. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE, DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID.

Save yourself 10 years of your life and go some place else. I had my braces on for 7 years and then when I got them off I wasn't given a retainer and needed braces again.

I have 2 children, one is done with his braces and the second one has one more year to go. We are happy with the outcone of the first child's treatment. Dr.Okun is great, and most of the staff are okay. However, in the past year they have become extremely rushed during appointments. Also, it is very hard to schedule an appointment because they are booked many weeks in advance. I was just trying to re-schedule an appointment for November 11 and the sooner they could do is December 8. That is almost a whole month later, another extra month my child will have braces! Makes me wish to look elsewhere.

A few years ago, I starting going to Dr. Okun and his staff for adult orthodontics. I had minor crowding in my teeth, so I got metal braces and a retainer. I was pleased that the braces corrected my one tooth that overlapped a nearby one. I was displeased that they pulled my two top cuspids down too far so my roots were showing and had to be filled in by my regular dentist so they wouldn't be so sensitive. I was also displeased that Dr. Okun offered to put braces on me for a second time just one or two months after I had my braces taken off. He said that he could now rotate my cuspids so that they did not stick out like fangs. Why did he not rotate them before? During my visits, his assistants did all of the work, and he looked at me for only a few seconds. I agree with the one other reviewer that the staff treats adults like juveniles. I was spoken to in baby voices, called "sweetie", and asked about my wisdom teeth, which I had removed over half of my life ago. They know my age from my dental records, and they should be able to tell my age by looking at me. I continued to go to this office for retainer checkups until I moved out of the area. One good thing is that for each of my several visits to the office, I was always able to get appointments at my preferred times.

I love this office. I have been going there for about 3yrs now for my braces. I had the braces taken off 6 months before the treatment was done and I called to complain I had spaces which was my fault cos I never wore the retainers(Patient from hell right?). He decided to put the braces back on and new retainers for only 500 bucks which is a steal as the retainer itself is that amount so I am grateful.Also, I have missed a few pmts in the past due to some hardship and Tanya was able to skip a month and put me on an arrangement for the end of each month. I have to admit that as much as I was mean cos i hate going to the dentist lol,they always seem to meet me halfway and make me happy so I am very thankful.This time I promise to wear my retainer bcos I don't have that additional 500 :).He is amazing as he looks through every procedure his assistants perform prior to completing that task.

Very disappointed in the care and service I received. They billed my insurance company and me and did not provide full treatment. They made a billing error and refused to acknowledge it. Staff is condescending as well. They talk to adult patients like they are their juvenile patients. I was a repeat patient but I cannot recommend them to anyone.

Years after I had my braces removed my teeth started to shift and Dr. Okun covered a new set of braces and follow up appointments for me! He TRUELY cares about his patients and goes above and beyond any doctor I've ever been to!
