Far and away the BEST experience I have ever had with a Dr.. Never has anyone shown such concern for me as their patient.Never has a Dr. been so accessible to answer my questions and concerns!As others have stated, if I could give him and Angie 20 🌟 I would! Not enough room to write all the positive things I have to say about my experience so far with him and his team. AWESOME people!!

Was referred to Dr. Pifel by a coworker. I had been seeing an orthopedist who had done an X-ray, and an MRI and my kneecap was still dislocating. The doctor at the time said that surgery would not do anything after about 4 months of my kneecap constantly dislocating, I decided to get a second opinion. Dr. Pifel looked at my MRI as well as his PA Jason, and decided surgery would be my only option. I was contacted by Dr. Pifels practice coordinator, Angie and she immediately answered any questions I had. I was scheduled for surgery and 2 weeks later had the operation. I’m now 6.5 weeks post op and could not be happier with the care I have received. Dr. Pifel and his staff have been nothing but kind, caring, and professional. Without Dr. Pifel, Jason, Angie and the staff, I would continue to suffer. I cannot recommend Dr. Pifel more. He treats you like family.

Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Appreciate Dr. Pifel and his staff for taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options. Was referred over by my Physical Therepist and only regret was it was not sooner. Highly recommended.

Get a second opinion before you let him do surgery... failed surgery and than due to complications post surgery another surgery which left me worse than ever!!@

The best hands one could be in..... They are very concerned and caring about their patients!!!! I definitely would recommend this Doctor and Jadon and Angie to others. The best Doctor I have ever had. They truly are caring individuals. If I could give them a 20 star I would. Thanks so much for your care!!!! The Mosh hospital in Franklin out does any hospital in the area.

Dr Pifel is truly the best! I have consulted with him regarding various injuries, including a knee surgery that he performed on me in 2017. Not only is he an amazing surgeon, but he is one of the most caring and kind hearted doctors you will ever meet. He is honest, practical, smart, and very personable. Dr Pifel treats people with care, as if they were a member of his own family. If I could assign him more than 5 stars, I would do so in a heartbeat.

I had the same experience December 2020 so nothing has changed in 4 years from Addrienne's experience ! I thought the same ! Back in 2015 when I saw him I did not have a P.A. involved so I was surprised at this treatment with a P.A. I also was not happy with what they concluded. Will be going to another doctor .

Professional, kind, caring and a fantastic doctor. I was recommended to Dr. Pifel by another orthopedic surgeon and I was not disappointed. My aunt had surgery with him as well and she loves him too.
