Franklin Pediatrics-Childrens Wisconsin's Online Review Report Card

I have been taking my 4 children to this clinic for the past 14 years up until today. Upon my 11 minute late arrival with my daughter. I was told by the receptionist, Miranda that the late policy is 10 minutes. After 10 minutes you will not be seen and you will need to reschedule. OK, have you looked at the weather outside? January in Wisconsin is no joke. The receptionist had 0 customer service skills. Almost as if she was a robot with a condescending script. Not only being turned down now, she then asked if we would like to establish healthcare with a provider at this clinic? The clinic my children have been going to for the past 14 years. Terrible customer service. This is truly a “business” not a healthcare facility. Run

We love Dr Ken he is the best as far as a pediatrician! No questions are to silly and he always takes the time to be very through with you and your child. He's great! Highly recommend!

My daughter has been a patient there for 4-5 years. Dr Ken Strezlecki is amazing. Always very patient, answers all questions, wonderful personality for kiddos. I rarely have to wait longer than 10 min in the room. I get returned calls promptly from the RN as well . Happy with the care my daughter receives.

I scheduled a sick visit for my 10 month old and we were turned away after being 10 minutes late for her appointment. We called on the way to let them know we were running late and the woman on the phone told us "no problem, I will let the front desk know. Drive safe." We arrive at the office for the receptionist to tell us that since we were more than 7 minutes late our appointment was cancelled. We had rushed home from work, had to wake our daughter from her nap, and hurried over to the office all just to be rudely turned away. After it was quite clear that I was extremely upset that they would turn away a 10 month old for a sick visit simply because we were 10 minutes late. They offered that a nurse could see us for triage. The nurse was kind, but just asked us a couple questions in the lobby. Then the office manager gave me her business card and a gas gift card and sent us on our way. We were scheduled to see Dr. Olsen who was our daughter's primary care physician, however we won't be coming back considering she refused to see us. The front desk receptionist told us Dr. Olson was in the back doing paperwork.

To be honest, I debated a lot about writing this review, because Children's in general is a fantastic company, except maybe our last visit at this clinic. The front office staff, especially Tanya is fantastic with answering my questions and scheduling multiple appointments at once. But our last appointment with Trish was one of the most horrible experiences. I thought I'd finally jot down my thoughts from last year and save someone else the anguish. My son was wearing a dinosaur shirt and when checking his ears, Trish said "let's see if there's a dinosaur in there" and my son completely freaked out! According to Trish it was inappropriate behavior and he must have some psychological problems. Without any further evaluation and after scaring him "there must be something wrong". I mentioned we homeschool 4K and she asked about socialization (the schools were closed due to covid at this time). I said he plays with siblings and other family but the parks, schools, etc are cancelled or closed now. She rolled her eyes and said "that's not good enough". She made me question whether she was living under a rock throughout this entire pandemic. *IF* we do return I will be sure to never schedule with Trish again!

Dr. Strzelecki and His staff are the absolute best!! 🤩🤩🤩

Certain reception staff are rude and have zero people or problem solving skills. My son has lost 2 pediatricians within 3 years due to their taking a leave of absence. I had to fight for appropriate diagnoses and referrals to specialists.Thank God for their NP staff or no one would get care.

Amazing staff and doctors. Clean and organized environment.

Dr. Underkofler she is the Best !
