I had a great experience at an appointment with Dr. Neubauer. He listened to me and had a good “bedside manner.” He gave me options and was prompt to image my injury. I am in the healthcare field and appreciated him being upfront with me, explaining my X-rays and letting me know if my injury is outside of his scope that he would be happy to refer me to someone else.

Broke arm over the weekend, got in to see him on Tuesday. It was the horrible experience. I seen his face when he came in and left. His back was to me the whole time. He looked at my friend more than he did me. Never looked at my arm once. Told him I was taking hydrocodone for my back as needed but it wasn't working for this. He said keep it in a sling and take what I had for pain. He acted like I was a druggie looking for a high. I have other doctors at Mosh and they are great.

I was referred to Dr Neubauer from my primary for possible rotator cuff tear. He quickly assessed my problem and my concerns. I had surgery and he’s been amazing!! I would highly recommend him!

Terrible experience!! Don't go here. Rush u out of there after wasting my whole morning waiting for my Appointment. I have had better service at a walk in clinic

dr neubauer did my wife's rotator cuff surgery and she is totally and completely satisfied with results.Dr Neubauer was very pleasant and professional before and after surgery. would recommend him to anyone. after 3 months with physical therapy twice a week almost 100 percent recovery. excellent surgeon!!

Dr Neubauer fixed my ankle and it's better than ever! 5 years after surgery and no complaints!

I chose to see Dr. Neubauer based on reviews & I’m glad I did. As it turns out I needed to see a different specialist. Dr. Neubauer spent a great deal of time talking to me, answering questions, asking questions & working through what my next step should be. He even personally called another doctor to pave the way for an appointment with him. I’ve seen a lot of docs & can say he earned my confidence & respect.

I tore my bicep in a work related injury. Dr. Neubauer was great. He took time explaining my injury and answering all of my questions. I got my surgery scheduled quickly and did great after, no pain at all. 6 months later and I was back to normal, doing better than ever. I cant give him a high enough recommendation. He's an all around great guy.

I have seen Dr. Neubauer for quite some time and the more I see him, the less professional he is. He always runs at least 45 minutes - 1 hour behind schedule and then rushs through the appointment. I feel like he doesn’t listen to my concerns and doesn’t answer my questions anymore. People I talk to say I should definitely find another orthopedic doctor. Pretty disappointed since I was happy with him well over a year ago.

I had a torn labrum I neglected for 20 years. It was over 50% torn, dislocated regularly (weekly or more frequently, depending on activity). Dr Neubauer was the 6th doctor I visited, and the first one to diagnose it correctly. Not only did he diagnose correctly, he absolutely nailed my surgery. A 12-18 month recovery time and I feel great only 9 months out, swinging a baseball bat again with confidence and doing other tasks that would be impossible before. I would recommend him to anyone.
